Do you want to reach your 50K List Power as soon as possible so that you can start to cash out 50% of your LIST earnings soon? One way to do it is to purchase the LIST tokens in the market (and power-up the tokens) whilst they are still reasonably priced.
Remember the increasing List Power gives you correspondingly
i) increasing income in Curation Rrewards in LIST and plus
