I'm hoping so as well, it's definitely getting better as you know yourself. We can both do it !!

When I guessed 820 in 7 days I knew it was a good number and that you could do it with determination and a lot of extra effort. Looks like I was right but not in my wildest dreams did I expect you to do 150 in one day. Superwoman! Great job 👍👏

Welcome to the summary of my third day of the squats challenge. It's 8 November and the clock is ticking... There's no need to stop or put your arms down, or in this case: Don't lift your bum!

This morning it all started after a slightly longer night than usual. Although I went to bed relatively early, I ended up waking up at almost 9.30am...., which is a bit late for my routine.

Well, after waking up, having had breakfast, I still had the chance to do 70 squats before "flying" to the gym. As yesterday was leg training, today at the beginning of the "session" it was a bit harder, and I even felt like I had ringworm! I don't know if you can imagine the feeling.... Something tells me that those taking part in this challenge know it perfectly well!

After the gym, and even before taking a shower to quickly leave for work, I managed to add another 80 squats (but these were just like the ones I did in the morning, with no extra loads or weights, as the weight of my bum is more than enough!

After a day's work, and having posted on the Street Art group, I decided to add another 50 squats to reach the beautiful round number of 200! (I think I've already confessed and you've noticed that I suffer a little from OCD? LOL).

Here's the summary table of my humble contribution:

Squat Challenge GOAL: 3000!

Day 6: 150 Squats
Day 7: 240 Squats
Day 8: 200 Squats
Total: 590 Squats.... To go: 2410!

Hope to see you here tomorrow!

Let's keep this challenge going, guys!

Congratulations LUT, pardinus and dbooster!
