Day 3 of LUT Squats Challenge

Today my legs aren't aching so much which is a good sign. I think I'm getting used to this daily extra exercise. I still had to do my squats in chunks , starting with 35 squats till I could feel myself starting to pant. The next batch was 30 squats, it felt a bit more tiring. In the evening I did the final 35 squats, and it felt better than the first two batches. It was good to achieve another days target and I recovered much quicker. Then I thought why not push myself, and did another 15 squats, just because I could 😃

Everything seems to be going well. Squats can be very painful sometimes, especially if you don't do it in your daily life. I had a funny story about that, maybe one day I will tell it haha.
