My Actifit RC: August 13th 23 - An Alive Sunday of actifity - IAAC 432

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

The morning of Sunday pre August begins very early with a very fresh air almost post summer but with the anticyclone now stable on our heads that keeps the clouds away from the sea.

My stray Siamese friend recognized me despite my hat and celebrated me as she was very eager to cuddle. I noticed she didn’t want to get her tummy touched, she’s probably pregnant.

To enjoy a clean sea and a relaxing bath I immediately went down on the beach and I immediately plunged into the clear and fresh waters.

The temperature of the sea has significantly lowered compared to more than two weeks ago and in the evening you can no longer make the night pool party. In short, it seems that summer is already on the way to sunset but this will require confirmation because the Italian summer is very tenacious and when you least expect vigorously takes back

After a few hours, teams of happy swimmers began to arrive equipped for a long Sunday of sun and sea and suddenly the beach was completely filled.

In the meantime I started doing exercises for my back because in my check-up, which I did during the month of July, I was diagnosed with a couple of hernias of which the L5 S1 was a little less mild.

Since bathing and exercise have regenerated and activated me for this long Sunday I put everything in my backpack and I returned home because the situation on the beach had become too chaotic for my taste.

The garden of the villa has maintained very well despite the poor irrigation that are providing it because of mosquitoes.

A gigantic Ibiscus stood from inside this vase and was so huge that it covered all the view on the plant

The locks of the zinnias competed in beauty with the flowers of the garden and contributed to brighten the chromatic picture of the green that surrounded the house.

From the hedge near the wall sprouted this magnificent flower of caper on which the insects made an abundant and succulent breakfast.

After a long lunch came the time of a long afternoon rest and at the end of which I took a coffee and returned to the beach to enjoy the sun in the evening and a magnificent sunset.

While our beloved star radiated wonderful red rays I celebrated my iamalivechallenge 432 ready to declare that even today I am Alive and to continue this magnificent adventure that is life.

When the evening on the sand seemed to have finished his show a loud din began to arrive from the sea.

A large group of fishing boats began to parade in front of my surprised eyes and headed out to sea to take advantage of the cooler hours and begin their fishing activities.
