Binibining CRMC 2025

Good day, my dear Hivers!

Let me take you through a memorable experience I recently had at our school’s night event—Binibining CRMC 2025. It was a truly festive evening filled with elegance, excitement, and school spirit!

The event officially started in the evening, and like every major school activity, attendance was strictly monitored. I was tasked with being the attendance checker, which required me to arrive on time to verify who showed there. The group chat announcement specifically specified that we needed to arrive by 8:00 PM, with the cut-off time for attendance established at 8:30 PM.

Fortunately, I wasn't late! I arrived just on time, along with my sister. We were dropped off by our parents because it was already dark outside.

When we arrived at the school, we were greeted by a large crowd—the ground floor was entirely full. The atmosphere was full with energy and excitement.

Our course's designated viewing spot was near the Psychology Laboratory on the third floor of the school campus. As soon as I got to our spot, my classmates were already waiting, asking me to sign their attendance sheets.

After handling that, I looked for the best spot to watch the show. Lucky me—I found the perfect view of the stage, where I could clearly see the contestants as they made their grand entrance.

The event was well-decorated, complete with balloons that were set to drop once the winner was announced.

The moment the contestants walked in, the whole crowd lit up. They wore their beautiful gowns and flashed their brightest smiles, truly embodying grace and poise.

As the show went on, colorful confetti filled the air, adding a festive vibe. The lighting effects were stunning, resembling fireworks in how they sparkled and shifted, creating an unforgettable visual experience.

One of the highlights was an intermission performance by a group of charming students. Their dance moves were incredibly entertaining, and what impressed me most was their confidence—not a hint of shyness! Their energy caught everyone's attention, and the crowd loved it.

To my surprise, my mom and brother were also there watching from the ground floor. It was nice knowing we were all part of the same event.

After the minor awards were announced and the Top 4 Binibini finalists were revealed, we decided to head home. Honestly, our excitement faded a little because the candidate from our department didn’t make it to the finals. Since we no longer had someone to cheer for, and it was already pretty late, we were all starting to feel sleepy. We decided to go home.

Thankfully, our department president understood and allowed us to sign out early so we could go home.
