We’re presenting the results of the tenth round with a slight delay, caused by @asia-pl’s participation in Hive Creators Day. As compensation for the delay, we’re giving the winners an extra reward in the form of Ecency Points (thanks to @seckorama). They will be distributed as follows:

This charming black-and-white drawing shows a joyful elephant standing on its hind legs with its trunk raised, surrounded by a delicate wreath of leaves and decorative elements. The entire piece is created using a stippling technique—tiny ink dots that form shadows, texture, and expression—resulting in a soft, elegant finish.

The artist shared that this work was born from a deep emotional connection and a long-standing admiration for elephants. After a break from creating, she returned to her pens and paper, moved by the calm strength and symbolism elephants represent, especially in Asian and African cultures. Each dot, she says, is like a heartbeat—gentle but intentional—mirroring the peace she felt while drawing. Through this artwork, she hopes to pass on that tranquility and connection to others.

This vibrant watercolor portrait pays tribute to the legendary artist Frida Kahlo. The painting captures her with closed eyes, a calm yet powerful expression, and a cigar in hand—surrounded by an explosion of bold colors like orange, violet, pink, and teal, echoing her intensity and raw individuality.

The artist reflects on Frida not just as a painter, but as a symbol of resilience and emotional truth. Her art wasn't meant to beautify but to reveal; her self-portraits were unflinching mirrors of her physical pain and emotional complexity. The accompanying text honors Frida’s life—her suffering, passion, and fearless honesty—and emphasizes how she transformed pain into powerful, intimate art that still resonates deeply.

🥉 3rd place :

@vragolana Planinski biciklista 🚴Mountain biker 🚴 - 6 pts - prize: 15% of the post's earnings + 100 ecency points

This painting captures the dynamic motion of a cyclist mid-race, using splashes of color and expressive brushstrokes to evoke speed and energy. The artist skillfully blends purples, blues, yellows, and pinks, creating a fluid background that trails behind the rider like a burst of movement.

In her accompanying note, the artist shares that she took a break from painting landscapes for an upcoming exhibition and found fresh inspiration in children riding bikes on the mountain. Wanting to depict their speed and energy, she experimented with new techniques—like using a broad brush to drag the color and simulate motion. She highlights the importance of play, spontaneity, and breaking through creative boundaries, expressing satisfaction with how it all turned out.
