Contest 235: Regardless it hurts

No body understand Emotional pain or grief like who is going through it,from a distance you can just look, and feel pity and go about your life,it doesn't leave any mark, but it different for who is effected directly.

Both grief and emotional pain all falls under the same feeling but I would like to talk about the two as different feeling.

Already i know lossing someone will definitely be Painful, but not as it came of course,I don't think anything prepared you for the this kind of pain,even if you don't know the diseased personally as long as you find yourself in that environment u can't help it but feel it than imagine who is than grieving there lost one.

I can say from experience it never stops hurting, you just have to learn to live with there memories even at that the hurt is still there, but live has to go on, I think the easiest way to let go is to drown yourself,let yourself cry and come to terms with the fact that this person is no longer there and would no longer be, it heard for the first couple of day it going to feel like a dream a very bad dream that you want to Wake up from,but acceptance is the road to recovery.

Grief and emotional pain can't be measured with the same measurement tool because there are word apart from each other,but either ways it carries it own hurt different here is that emotional pain could be betrayer or heartbreak as much as this comes with it own pain u can't compare, because life still give you the chance to fix the issues with whoever it is.

In this kind of situation the best thing to do for yourself is to avoid the people involved and try as much as possible to hold on to the good times, that is the time when they where amazing to you, if you reach out for closure because a lot of time we being to blame ourselves for how things turned out, reach out to know why they did what they did, it would help you move past it,it would also help you move on or break it for life.

I agree with you, remembering the good times is the best way. Loss is certainly different from disappointment, sometimes sadness because of loss takes longer to heal

Of a truth acceptance is the sure way to recovery. Until you come to terms with the fact that they are no more, you can't recover from grief
