Fried Chicken Skin Recipe

Many things have happened recently and I have thought about empowering myself with so many abilities, one of which is being good at cooking. You can do anything when your stomach is full and without feel hungry. You can lead the world when your stomach is full, because a lot of positive energy will occur when you have a lot of energy from what you eat.
Of course, beside b able to make you full, delicious food will make you feel happy. My husband is a person who like delicious food, it doesn't matter what form it is, as long as it's delicious and suits taste. Good food can also help you work all day, bring you a good mood every step of the way.
One of the foods he likes is fried chicken like Kentucky fried chicken, chicken that is deep fried and coated in seasoned flour. Recently, there has been a unique variation created by fast food, namely fried chicken skin.
The fried chicken skin is simply too delicious! Yes, definitely because fat is really delicious, especially when added with seasoned flour, I think it's a fantastic thing, crispy and crunchy in every bite. So, I was curious about how floured and fried chicken skin was made. Of course, experiment after experiment took place in my kitchen.
There were many failures that occurred when I made fried chicken skin in my kitchen, in fact almost all of them failed due to lack of knowledge. But what is clear is that I can make a recipe that suit my wishes. This recipe have a slightly spicy taste, but I'm sure you will really like this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 250 gr chicken skin (free of feathers and dirt)
- 100 gr wheat flour (you can add a little rice flour)
- Chili flakes and oregano
- Pepper and coriander powder
- Pinch of salt and 3-5 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml of water
- 1 tsp double acting baking powder
- The oil for frying
How to make fried chicken skin:
- Make the perfect secret spice to rub on chicken skin to make it super crispy easily. Mix flour, baking powder, chili flakes, pepper, coriander, oregano and salt. Stir all these dry ingredients into 1 part.
- Grate the garlic, never skip the garlic so it has a rich taste. Divide the 2 spice flours in 2 different containers. 1 container containing seasoned flour can be filled with water, pour enough water so that it is not too watery or too thick.
- Rub it on the chicken skin thoroughly, so that everything can be completely coated, then transfer it to the dry seasoned flour and get it onto all sides of the chicken skin.
- Previously, heat the fire in the wokpan with lots of oil and consistent heat. Then fry until dry and adjust to your liking, I prefer to fry very dry for 5-7 minutes and turn over so that it is cooked perfectly.
- Spicy Fried Chicken Skin is ready to eat!
