saludos a las mujeres de esta comunidad,el empoderamiento de la mujer,tema mas que interesante y en el cual todas deberíamos participar.

por los siglos,en todas las sociedades a pesar de la mujer jugar un papel tan importante desde la procreación hasta el desarrollo social,nunca fueron reconocidos sus valores,siempre subyugada al hombre y estigmatizada.

A través del desarrollo ya vemos como en cada sociedad la mujer a ido creciendo en espacio y apoderándose del valor de sus derechos,alzando su voz y haciéndose sentir pero no es suficiente todavía nos queda muchas batallas por librar.

crecí en una sociedad donde a pesar de hablar de igualdad de la mujer ,sus derechos respetados,sentía que debía hacer mas fuertes mis conocimientos,porque cada vez que quería clasificar para un puesto de trabajo a pesar de demostrar mi capacidad existían trabas que no eran mas que meras justificaciones.

Siempre estaba presente esa frase tan común....pero ... comprendí que era muy necesario ayudar a fomentar nuestro reconocimiento de forma integral y desde mi profesión,siempre le hacia énfasis a las niñas la importancia de su participación en todas las actividades que se planificaran,la explicación constante de que los limites solo se los pone uno mismo,que tiene tanto derechos como oportunidades a su crecimiento profesional y social,desde la vocación del magisterio siempre fue y es mi guerra diaria.

apoyar a las niñas y jóvenes ,darles las herramientas necesarias,para que conozcan y reconozca sus capacidades,que que cada mujer con sus conocimientos sus habilidades aporta a una mejor sociedad para ella y para sus hijos.

Explicarles desde etapas tempranas de la vida, que eres dueña de tu cuerpo y de tu vida,la motivación constante y el apoyo siempre.

No ahi nada pero nada mas gratificante que cuando se consigue la paz interior,la satisfacción propia de haber alcanzado todo lo que planificaste para tu vida con tus propios esfuerzos.

I understood that it was very necessary to help to promote our recognition in an integral way and from my profession, I always emphasized to the girls the importance of their participation in all the activities that were planned, the constant explanation that the limits are only set by oneself, that they have both rights and opportunities to their professional and social growth, from the vocation of teaching was always and is my daily war.

Así es amiga vivimos en un mundo que aun tiene muchos obstáculos para la mujer y debemos luchar por nuestros derechos y por ser valoradas con justeza por la sociedad sin posiciones estereotipadas
