Hello friends, happy weekend! Asphalt and buildings or green and skyline? That's what one of the weekend themes is all about, motivating us to express our preference for rural or urban living.

Living in the city or in the country, which is your preference and why?

During my childhood I lived in a small town in Lara State “Carora”. A small but charming town. My parents grew up in the countryside, about 45 minutes away. On weekends we used to visit my grandparents, I even spent the vacations with them. Country life has its charm, at my young age everything was new to me, from watching the chickens, playing in the hills to bathing in the rivers, it was all part of a beautiful experience.

When I was 9 years old I moved to a town in the State of Bolivar, at that time it was a town with no telephone signal. I admit that it was hard for me to adapt, because come on! It's one thing to visit the countryside and another to live there.

I missed my ballet classes, going shopping with my parents, going to parks and plays, which did not exist in the village. Little by little I got used to it, made good friends, it wasn't so bad, although I did get bored sometimes.

Now I live in the city. Personally I prefer an urban life. I left my hometown when I was 18 and it was an excellent decision. I like to see new places, go out with friends, and not fall into monotony. Of course, from time to time I like to get away from the noise of the city or as I say, charge batteries in the countryside, I will not deny that it has its magic.

For that and many other reasons I prefer a life in the city, escaping some weekends to breathe fresh air, nothing like a good balance, don't you think? Thanks for reading, I hope you have a great weekend. 🤗🍃

Both has it's own beauty no, there's that pros and cons too. I can live in a countryside as long as it has signal and of course, there's electricity. I like the big city too, but I like it only as a vacation spot. ┏(＾0＾)┛

Greetings, how nice to enjoy nature, for a vacation, I agree with you, but not all the time because it is necessary to be in communication.
