Greetings and blessings to all the Ladies of Hive. Here in my city, at this time of year during Holy Week, it's incredibly hot, but that doesn't take away my energy to keep waking up every day more grateful for another chance at life, admiring all the good things life has in store for me, and of course, also admiring all the good people who have so many admirable characteristics for which I always ask God to bless them. That's why I liked the contest question to talk about those traits or habits of other people that I find admirable.

People are often fascinated by certain personality traits, styles, or habits of others and feel inspired to adopt them. However, despite their admiration, they can find it difficult to incorporate these traits into their own lives. Are there any specific traits or habits you find particularly admirable? What about these traits captivates you, and why would you like to adopt them? Have you ever made an effort to embrace them, and if so, what challenges did you encounter?

I've always been a shy woman. Even since I was little, I was terrified of having to read aloud or anything like that. As I grew older, I improved, but even at this stage, I don't think I'm capable of speaking in front of an audience or anything like that. That's why I greatly admire people who have the power of oratory, when they don't have stage fright, those people who can freely face an audience without problem. That, for me, is not just a learned skill but a personal characteristic. I believe that many people can improve their skills to a certain extent. Not all of us were born to be speakers, so I greatly admire that in others. They are very blessed people to have that gift.

On the other hand, I also admire people who are self-confident, for example one of the things I could never learn was how to drive a car, my late husband at that time tried to teach me, he took great care of his car but even so he tried to teach me a couple of times on a rural road, I mean it was a lonely road, but I couldn't even hold the steering wheel straight because my nerves made me turn it, I felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest, so I gave up on the idea of driving, a few years later my sister in her truck tried to teach me, we went to a clear area near her house, it was a fairly large unowned lot, there I tried to take a few turns and then she let me drive home but I still couldn't do it, what I admire is not only the ability to drive a car but the security that people who drive any vehicle have, I consider that they need to have a lot of confidence in themselves, now at present I even have a niece who is short and drives a very large motorcycle throughout the city without any problem, I admire not only her physical strength but her confidence, her personality makes her even more confident, I think that is a very admirable characteristic.

Saludos y bendiciones para todas las Damas de Hive, aquí en mi ciudad en esta época del año en Semana Santa está haciendo muchísimo calor, pero de todos modos eso no me quita la energía para seguir despertando cada día más agradecida por otra oportunidad de vida, admirando todas las cosas buenas que tiene la vida para mi y por su puesto también admirando a todas las personas buenas que tiene un montón de características admirables por las cuales siempre pido que Dios las bendiga, por eso me gustó al pregunta del concurso para hablar sobre esas certerísimas o hábitos de otras personas que para mi son admirables.

La gente a menudo está fascinada por ciertos rasgos de personalidad, estilos o hábitos de otros y se siente inspirada para adoptarlos. Sin embargo, a pesar de su admiración, pueden encontrar difícil incorporar estos rasgos en sus propias vidas. Hay algún rasgo o hábitos específicos que encuentre particularmente admirable? Qué hay de estos rasgos que te cautiva, y por qué te gustaría adoptarlos? Alguna vez has hecho un esfuerzo para abrazarlos, y si es así, qué desafíos te encontró?

Siempre he sido una mujer tímida, incluso desde que era pequeña me aterraba tener que leer en voz alta o cualquier cosa parecida, a medida que fui creciendo fui mejorando pero aun así a estar altura no me creo capaz de hablar para un publico algo similar, por eso admiro mucho a las personas que tiene el poder de la oratoria, cuando no tiene miedo escénico, esas personas que pueden ir libremente a enfrentarse a un publico sin problema, eso para mi no es solo una habilidad aprendida sino que es una característica personal, considero que muchas personas pueden mejorar sus habilidad que hasta cierto límite, no todo nacimos para ser oradores así que admiro mucho eso en los demás, son personas muy bendecidas a tener ese don.

Por otro lado, también admiro a las personas que son seguras de si mismas, por ejemplo una de las cosas que nunca pude aprender fu a manejar un carro, mi difunto esposo en aquellos tiempos intento enseñarme, el cuidaba mucho su carro pero aun así intentó enseñarme un par de veces en una carretera rural, es decir que era un camino solitario, pero yo ni podía mantener el volante derecho porque los nervios me hacían girarlo, sentía que mi corazón iba a salirse de mi pecho, así que abandoné la idea de conducir, unos años después mi hermana en su camioneta intentó enseñarme , fuimos a un área despejada cerca de su casa, era un terreno sin dueño bastante amplio, allí intente dar unas vueltas y luego ella me dejo conducir hasta mi casa pero igualmente no podía hacerlo, lo que admiro no es solo de habilidad para manejar un carro sino esa seguridad que tiene las personas que manejan cualquier vehículo, considero que necesitan tener mucha confianza en si mismos, ahora en la actualidad tengo incluso un sobrina que es de bajo tamaño y conduce una motocicleta que es muy grande por toda la ciudad sin ningún problema, admiro mucho no solo su fuerza física sino su seguridad, su personalidad la hace aun mas confiada, creo que esa es una característica muy admirable.
