Hola querida comunidad, un placer estar participando en este nuevo Concurso en el cual hablamos sobre un tema que siendo sincera a veces me cuido como a veces pierdo la cabeza y no me doy cuenta de ello hasta un rato después, es acerca de los momentos de menstruación y en el embarazo con respecto a la pregunta, ¿Cómo cuidas estos momentos delicados y cuidas tu salud física y mental? Diría que me mayor enfoque en esos momentos con respecto a la parte mental es escuchar música, una manera en la cual logro tener más calma y no dejar que las hormonas me dominen, como a veces sucede, ya que tiendo a responder mal o simplemente me amargo y no es la idea.
