Manteniendo las metas financieras y dar apoyo / LOH#169 [ESP/ENG]

Saludos Damas de La Colmena, hoy me uno al Concurso #169 de esta semana, con unas preguntas interesantes formuladas por @kerrislravenhill. Mucha suerte a todas.
1️⃣ Cada año de enero trabajo en el presupuesto de mi hogar y mi reciente paseo por un importante centro comercial me recuerda cómo nuestras metas financieras pueden verse socavadas por la tentación de gastar. ¿Cuáles son sus estrategias y tácticas para mantener el rumbo?

2️⃣ Las donaciones caritativas son una parte normal de mi presupuesto. No siempre se trata de donaciones en efectivo, pero también pueden ser otros recursos como su tiempo y talento. Nombra tu organización benéfica favorita y ¿Qué la hace especial para ti?
Es tan difícil el abstenerse a comprar algo cuando vas a un centro comercial o cualquier otro sitio, pues siempre habrá algo que queramos obtener de allí, los productos están destinados a eso, a que se consuman. Sin embargo, no es imposible tratar el de mantener las metas financieras estables y sin contratiempo.
Cuando obtuve la responsabilidad completa sobre mis mascotas y por supuesto, dar aporte a la casa, ahí me di cuenta lo importante que es priorizar los objetivos mensuales y solo comprar aquello que de verdad es necesario, y por supuesto, el ahorrar, ya que hay que estar preparado para cualquier emergencia o eventualidad.
Siempre se está tentando a comprar algo extra, pero eso no quiere decir que uno no se pueda dar sus gustos, pues para eso se trabaja tanto. No obstante, siempre que esto no desestabilice las metas financieras propuestas de un principio. Por ejemplo, me abstuve de comprar ropa nueva en diciembre o cualquier otra cosa, solo unos zapatos, por que de verdad lo necesitaba y estaban a buen precio y uno que otras cosas, pero gracias a ello, logre comprarme mi computadora que tanto necesitaba para hacer mejor los trabajos, ayude más en la casa y deje de emergencia, que me ayudado actualmente con la situación de mi perrito. Por ello, aunque desee comprarme una camisa u otro producto, siempre pienso que cada cosa tiene su momento, debo priorizar y disfrutar de lo que tengo.

Desde hace 7 años, aproximadamente, he ayudado a una señora a rescatar y cuidar animales en situación de calle o con dueños descuidados; esta señora es una proteccionista de animales independiente, no recibe gran apoyo, solo pocas personas le donan, teniendo una cantidad determinada de animales a su cuidado y la verdad, al estar a su lado, me doy cuenta de la labor tan bonita pero agotador que hace, y no como muchos que se aprovechan de esos seres indefensos, para obtener dinero y los pobres muriéndose. Ella a veces, incluso hubo un tiempo que prefiero quedarse sin comida para darle a ellos. Así que, aunque no tenga el dinero para apoyarla financieramente, la ayudo en lo que pueda, darle medicina, ayudarle a comprar todo lo que necesite y mucho más.
A ocasiones, no es tan el dinero, claro ayudaría un montón, sobre todo cuando se requiera ir al médico, pero muchas veces ella pide que sean hogar temporal de un animal y están pendiente de sus cuidados, ya sea para esterilizarlos o curarlos de algo, y la gente no presta ninguna ayuda, incluso ella poniendo todo, solo que estén al pendiente y le den un techo donde pasar su reposo. Si las personas estuviesen dispuestas a ello, no habría tantos animales reproduciéndose en la calle, porque el dinero se consigue, pero lo difícil es su cuidado post operatorio.
Ella ha tenido que pagar esterilizaciones de gatos con dueños, que no aportan ni un grano, solo para que no se lo lancen en mal estado a su casa, pues le duele verlos así y por eso, es que termino llena de muchos gatos.
Muchos nos critican por ayudar a los animales, si supieran que ella a brindado ayuda a niños y ancianos, pero lo hace en silencio, porque las personas se aprovechan de ello, si ya lo hacen con los animales. Actualmente no hemos podido hacer algo por los niños en situación de pobreza o con cáncer, pero de vez en cuando dono ropa o juguetes en buen estado, así sea una pequeña acción, esto sea un paso para que más personas se unan.
Y esto ha sido todo por el momento.

1️⃣ I annually work on my home budget every January and my recent walk through of a major shopping center reminds me how our financial goals can get undermined by the temptation to spend. What are your strategies and tactics to stay on track?

2️⃣ Charitable giving is a normal part of my budget. It is not always cash donations but it can be other resources like your time and talents as well. Name your favorite Charity and what makes it special to you?
It is so difficult to refrain from buying something when you go to a shopping mall or any other place, because there will always be something we want to get from there, products are meant to be consumed. However, it is not impossible to try to keep your financial goals stable and smooth.
When I got full responsibility for my pets and of course, giving input to the house, I realized how important it is to prioritize the monthly goals and only buy what is really necessary, and of course, to save, since you have to be prepared for any emergency or eventuality.
You are always tempted to buy something extra, but that doesn't mean that you can't indulge yourself, because that's what you work so hard for. However, as long as this does not destabilize the financial goals set at the beginning. For example, I refrained from buying new clothes in December or anything else, only some shoes, because I really needed them and they were at a good price and a few other things, but thanks to this, I managed to buy my computer that I needed so much to do better work, help more in the house and leave emergency, which currently helps me with the situation of my puppy. Therefore, even if I want to buy a shirt or another product, I always think that everything has its time, I must prioritize and enjoy what I have.

For the last 7 years, approximately, I have helped a lady to rescue and take care of animals in street situations or with careless owners; this lady is an independent animal protectionist, she does not receive great support, only a few people donate to her, having a certain amount of animals in her care and the truth, being at her side, I realize the beautiful but exhausting work she does, and not like many who take advantage of these defenseless beings, to get money and the poor ones dying. She sometimes, there was even a time that I would rather go without food to give to them. So, even though I don't have the money to support her financially, I help her in whatever way I can, give her medicine, help her buy everything she needs and much more.
Sometimes, it is not so much the money, of course it would help a lot, especially when it is required to go to the doctor, but many times she asks to be temporary home of an animal and are pending their care, either to sterilize them or cure them of something, and people do not provide any help, even she putting everything, just to be aware and give them a roof where to spend their rest. If people were willing to do so, there would not be so many animals reproducing in the street, because money is available, but the difficult thing is their post-surgery care.
She has had to pay for the sterilization of cats with owners who do not contribute a single grain, just so that they are not thrown into her house in a bad state, because it hurts her to see them like that and that is why she ended up full of many cats.
Many people criticize us for helping animals, if they only knew that she has helped children and the elderly, but she does it in silence, because people take advantage of it, if they already do it with animals. Currently we have not been able to do anything for children in poverty or with cancer, but from time to time I donate clothes or toys in good condition, even if it is a small action, this is a step for more people to join.

I agree, we don't have to deny ourselves either, after we make sure everything else is taken care of. If there are excess funds, then treat yourselves or put them into savings. The results of our budgeting effort is not only to make prudent and informed spending decisions but that you feel confident and empowered too.

Este labor es una tarea muy difícil y más cuando ya tiene responsabilidad en cuidar a un ser vivo. Los animales pasan mucha dificultades y merecen atravesar por esto. Uno como ser humano queremos ayudar a todos pero no es suficiente.
Tu voluntad en apoyarla y ser parte de su vida y mucho mejor que el dinero. Es una riqueza que pudiste dar. Porque ella lo necesita muchísimo en tener más voluntario.
Hay tanta casa, y nadie quiere prestar su tiempo y dedicación en cuidar a un recién operado. Cuando es la solución para evitar más animalito sufriendo en un mundo de abandono. Habrá otros animales que tiene una oportunidad de ser amado y bien cuidado. Te admiro por ser generosa y con un corazón para dar a los más necesitados. Muchas gracias, si, la verdad es difícil, más cuando no hay apoyo en ningún sentido. Es muy fácil dejarle la carga a otros, que ser un aporte que contribuya de la mejor manera. Y cuando hay maltrato de por medio, es peor, porque la gente manda, pero luego se hace el desentendido, y los cuidados posteriores donde queda. Ayer quede devastada de un caso, aquí en mi ciudad, donde una perra la reportaron porque la bajaron de un carro y tiene madre gusanera, ni siquiera saben si va a sobrevivir, le sacaron cría hasta que ya y bueno, el médico esta haciendo todo lo posible para salvarla. Que fuerte es lo que está ocurriendo.. si una ley que protege a los animales. Ellos tendría que pagar multa o cárcel. Lamento mucho que esté ser humano no estás concientes de los daños. Espero que se logre recuperar pronto y nuevamente tenga una oportunidad de tener alguien que lo adopte.
