1️⃣ ¿Qué significa el Empoderamiento de las Mujeres para ti y cuáles son algunas de tus experiencias personales que te motivaron a pensar/preocuparte por el empoderamiento de las mujeres?

En lo particular, el empoderamiento femenino es aquel proceso en el que las mujeres logran tener una mayor participación dentro de aquellas actividades laborales y sociales que, anteriormente, solo los hombres podían contar con ello. Además, de ser un ejercicio democrático hacia la igualdad social, también permite ir en contra de la opresión y el maltrato o abuso que ha sufrido la mujer a lo largo de los años.
Esa autonomía social, subjetiva y física, atrae grandes frutos en todos los ámbitos humanos, potenciando las diversas capacidades individuales que permita avanzar hacia un mejor futuro. El empoderamiento femenino no busca discriminar al sexo opuesto, más bien que se cumplan los derechos humanos para ambos géneros de la misma manera, que exista una armonía familiar y que, la calidad de vida de todos mejore.
En mi caso, a veces mi padre se molesta porque no arreglamos los aparatos, que no buscamos aprender; hay ciertas cosas que, si quiero saber el cómo reparar electrodomésticos, pero simplemente no me llama mucho la atención, más bien me enfoco en el diseño, creación, arte y manualidades. Al principio me molestaba que nos regañaba por eso, pero luego comprendí que las personas son buenas en algo y en otras, simplemente no se nos da, o no nos impulsa a querer hacerlo, así como él no sabe de diseño, de arte o de hacer proyectos, pues no me interesa a fondo aprender de como arreglar una cocina eléctrica, o esas cosas. Las herramientas básicas como el cambiar un bombillo o tomacorrientes, si me gustaría aprender de ello, para no depender de nadie, pero a mi ritmo y cuando el tiempo me de para hacerlo.
Así que, pienso que también el empoderamiento es aquel en el que conoces tus fortalezas y debilidades y sacas provecho de cada una, tomas más experiencia en lo que eres buena y te esfuerzas en lo que más se te dificulta laboral. Significa que no tienes que saber todo e involucrarte en cada una de las actividades ocupacionales, sino que, puedas ser participe de algunas, sin problemas de solo porque eres mujer, asimismo, sino quieres involucrarte en algo, no sientas la opresión de que tienes que efectuarlo, a como de lugar.

Lo que les diría y consejería a los jóvenes de hoy en día seria lo siguiente:
- Valórate y valora cada esfuerzo que das, así sea mínimo, porque un pequeño paso, es un paso más hacia el éxito.
- No dependas de nadie, una pareja va y viene, pero la independencia y el progreso individual siempre te mantendrá con buena autoestima, aunque, esto no significa que debes pasar por encima del otro o humillarlo, más bien, ser un apoyo colectivo, sin la destrucción mutua.
- Tienes fortalezas y debilidades, llegaras a ser buena en algo y en otras no, pero no hay nada malo en ello, eso significa que estás aprendiendo.
- Amate y ama, date siempre palabras de aliento y ama sin pensarlo, porque, aunque te lastimen, si te quieres y sabes el valor que tiene como individuo, tendrás relaciones más sanas con el tiempo.
- Respétate y respeta a los demás, pues del respeto se llega a comprender al otro y entenderte.
- Y da gracias por el despertar cada día y desea que los demás puedan hacerlo y en salud.

In particular, female empowerment is that process in which women achieve greater participation in those labor and social activities that, previously, only men could count on. Besides being a democratic exercise towards social equality, it also allows going against the oppression and mistreatment or abuse that women have suffered throughout the years.
This social, subjective and physical autonomy brings great fruits in all human spheres, empowering the diverse individual capacities that allow us to advance towards a better future. Female empowerment does not seek to discriminate against the opposite sex, but rather that human rights are fulfilled for both genders in the same way, that there is family harmony and that everyone's quality of life improves.
In my case, sometimes my father gets upset because we do not fix appliances, that we do not seek to learn; there are certain things that, if I want to know how to repair appliances, but simply does not call me much attention, rather I focus on design, creation, art and crafts. At first it bothered me that he scolded us for that, but then I understood that people are good at something and in others, we are simply not given, or we are not driven to want to do it, just as he does not know about design, art or making projects, well I am not interested in depth to learn how to fix an electric stove, or those things. The basic tools such as changing a light bulb or outlet, if I would like to learn about it, not to depend on anyone, but at my own pace and when I have time to do it.
So, I think that empowerment is also one in which you know your strengths and weaknesses and you take advantage of each one, you get more experience in what you are good at and you make an effort in what is more difficult for you to do at work. It means that you don't have to know everything and get involved in every single occupational activity, but that you can participate in some, without problems just because you are a woman, also, if you don't want to get involved in something, don't feel the oppression that you have to do it, no matter what.

What I would tell and counsel today's youth would be the following:
- Value yourself and value every effort you make, even if it is minimal, because a small step is one more step towards success.
- Do not depend on anyone, a partner comes and goes, but independence and individual progress will always keep you with good self-esteem, although, this does not mean that you should go over the other or humiliate him, rather, be a collective support, without mutual destruction.
- You have strengths and weaknesses, you will become good at something and not at others, but there is nothing wrong with that, it means you are learning.
- Love yourself and love, always give yourself words of encouragement and love without thinking about it, because, even if you get hurt, if you love yourself and know the value it has as an individual, you will have healthier relationships over time.
- Respect yourself and respect others, because from respect comes to understand the other and to understand you.
- And be thankful for waking up every day and wish that others can do it and in health.
