CCC's Street Art Contest # 185 - "Big fish" Ciber, Rua da Academia das Ciências, Lisboa, Portugal

This week I want to share a piece of work that I found by chance last week, when I went to Lisbon for dinner on Sunday with a friend of mine. I decided to take the bus, and since dinner wasn't until 8pm, I preferred to go much earlier and wander around the streets and alleys of beautiful Lisbon. About halfway round, I passed Rua da Academia das Ciências, and among the foliage of the trees, I noticed a huge contrast between a white wall and a very colorful fish! The colors of the rainbow all came together in this piece, as you can see, and the effect is what you can see it caused! I couldn't go on without first taking a photo of this free and eye-catching piece of art.
As you can see, even the detail of the scales is decorated using some graphics... I'm not sure if this piece is really by "Ciber", or if it's by an artist called STEG?
I was captivated by this Melanotaenia Boesemani, also known as the rainbow fish, and I'm sure that anyone who passes by this street won't be indifferent.
