Usually this is called a day in my life. Sometimes a day in my life contains many very important activities or it could be days where unusual moments occur. But this time, the challenge is how is your typical day. To be honest, most of my days are spent working. So this time I want to tell you about my typical day.

My Typical Day

My typical day when I'm on duty in the morning is waking up after the morning prayer. If I want breakfast, I will make a light breakfast like boiled sweet potato, then take it to the office. Yup, I don't have time to have breakfast at home because my office hours start at 7 AM so I have to leave at 6 AM. This is because I use public transportation whose arrival schedule at the bus stop is unpredictable so I have to leave more time before work hours.

The trip to the office is only 10 minutes, because in the morning the roads are still quiet. That's one of the advantages of leaving too early. If I leave later than 7 AM, it might take an hour. This is the situation of Transjakarta bus that takes me to the office as always.

After arriving at the nearest bus stop to the office, I walk for about 2-3 minutes. This is a good routine, being able to walk in the morning. Just think of it as exercise. Then, I arrived at my office, met my collegues then we busy to do our job.

Since the working hours start at 7 A.M, the next eight hours are at 3 P.M, our duty cut off. So when I don't want to go home immediately, I usually stop by a cafe to spend some time—me time. Usually I will read a book because reading a book requires time and a quiet place, right?
