Daily Blog: A little Walk On the Street

Hello actifitters, today I do my daily activities and went outside for a walk. In the morning, I do house chores just like cooking food for my family, cleaning the house, and getting the laundry in our backyard. I stayed at home to talk with my family and also, I played a little bit of billiards.

Billiards is one of the known games that we play here in our town but I really don't know how to play the billiards but I like to watch other people playing with billiards. I think its a fun game and we need a concentration so that the it can hit the ball into the hole. I watched the people that were playing for about two hours because the game is getting intense. Anyway, I will share the billiard game next time.

In the late afternoon, I went outside to take a little walk because yesterday, I didn't take a walk. I walk for almost an hour in this street. There were lots of trees because it's a little town and there were only a few houses that I walk here. I also like to explore in this small town because I usually don't want to explore before I started using actifit. I became active in exploring because of this Actifit and also can burn calories while doing that.

After that, when I saw my actifit application, I got more that 7,000 steps which is good for me because I burn some calories by photo walking and doing my daily activities.
