This is a recap of yesterday's AMA I will be discussing the following topics that were discussed in the threadcast;

Cash flow in Web3.

Cash flow in web3 often has to do with the movement of digital assets or cryptocurrencies from one person to another (from one Walet to another).

Therefore, I will discuss the key aspects of cash flow in web3.

a. Transactions of cryptocurrencies.

Because web3 is based on Blockchain technology, transactions within are conducted using cryptocurrencies. Therefore, cash flow here means the movement of of digital assets between participants within the network.

b. Decentralized finance otherwise known as DeFi.

In web3 ecosystem, financial platforms that are decentralized mostimes leverages on smart contracts and Blockchain technology to provide financial services like trading, lending and borrowing. This therefore means that cash flow in DeFi means the movement of digital assets within these protocols.

c. Smart contracts.

This has to do with a mechanism that self-executes contracts according to the terms of agreements, which have been written down in codes.

This plays a very vital role in cash flow within web3. Here, many processes are automated including various financial transactions based that are based on pre-defined conditions.

d. Tokenomics.

Vertically all web3 projects have their native tokens. Therefore, cash flow refers to buying and selling by transferring of tokens within same ecosystem.

e. Voting and Governance.

This means that some projects in web3 involves some mechanism of governance, where holder of the token can vote on proposals. This means that cash flow may be related to governance token rewards or participation in decision making or both.

f. Yield farming and staking.

This is a process where people lockup their assets to earn rewards overtime. Mostimes, participants in web3 are also involved with yield farming and staking.

Cash flow in this context therefore means periodic rewards that will accrue from the rewards distribution.

1800 MAUs.

MUAs simply means; Monthly activities users.
1600 in the last month, and now, 1800 ans this means a good improvement. We are looking forward to what December holds, hopefully, by December, we will do even better.
