I see a change in seasons and a light transformed environment. I see trees bursting with new life that gives a peaceful and calm view of nature. I see beautiful tall trees and shrubs cover in green leaves with it's branches touching one another. I see a pathway through the woods. I see dried and fallen leaves scattered sideways that shows a new life us here.

Liam sat lost in thought,weighed down by worries that seems to suffocate him, gradually leading to depression.
Noah's gentle tap on the shoulder brought Liam out of his world and into reality.
" Bro, you need a break Noah said, you're depress and overthinking won't solve anything. I think a road trip might help clear your head he said

Left with no choice Liam agreed. At the first break of sunlight, they set out. The cool morning breeze was soothing and calm to the face. After 30 minutes drive,they ended at "Nature view" park. The view so beautiful surrounded by bright green leaves and tall trees left Liam in awe.

As they walked, the air was filled with the sweet scent of fresh leaves and moist earth. With warm ray of sunlight passing through the canopy of the trees giving a warm feel to the body. Liam exclaimed, " I can hear the chirping sound of birds and the rustling of leaves. " Yes me too Noah responded.

This is what I needed Liam said, I can feel this peaceful feeling setting in as he breathe feeling his heart lighten. The further they went, Liam's spirit was lifted and his thoughts cleared.

"Nature can be therapeutic" Noah said smiling seeing his friend renew. In this moment,Liam knew that sometimes all it takes is a change of atmosphere and a support system to find clarity and calm in the storm. He felt the weight lift and filled with renewed hope and energy .
