that's was fun and challenging, doing it in less than 2 hours is not easy 😹 here is my redesign entry. I will explain a little of the thought process on the comments

first I wanted to keep the minimalist essence of the logo and color scheme, it's part of inleo identity so it doesn't feel right to change that. With that in mind 3 things could use some work: how the colors are applied, the lion eyes and the overall silhouette.
wow! it looks fantastic
the colors are analogue (which means they are next to each other on the color wheel) and that translate to poor readability in the way they were used, changing the lion details to black and using the colors in two different grounds (background and foreground) gave it a much more pleasant effect, readability and overall harmony
the eyes:
Eyes convey emotion, previously inleo logo had fierce, angry eyes due to its angle, it made sense at first, web 3 can be a ruthless place and inleo was a lion hunting bulls during it's run and fight bears in midst a lot of competition. But now inleo is older, stronger and more stablished, his eyes are stoic and calm, a lion that now it's power and doesn't have to attack furiously, eyes that transmit trust.
(And being honest I also wanted to change the code Geass symbols that was it's eyes formerly 😹)

and finally it's silhouette:
Going back into the older lion aspect, one of the main things that denotes a lion strength is it's mane and the color it has. The more testosterone the darker it is and more muscular is the lion. Inleo was lacking it's mane and I think a geometric one can fit well with the logo
