Street Photography #53 (PhotoFeed Contest)

Hi, my dear friends!

Lately, I haven't often participated in street photography contexts. On the one hand the problem is my current lifestyle where I rarely leave the house. Oh yes, it's always a problem! The dogs are running riot! I don't know what makes them think I have to spend time with them 24/7, but they sure do!

Secondly, of course, war... Trust me, no one is going to be happy if you're running around with a camera in the streets of a city in a warring country. So I have to look for other options.
Going through the family album, I chose these four photos. I've converted them to monochrome to strip away the clutter and keep the essence.

Four photos, four moments from city life. Very different. Street photography is always a reflection of how people live. It's the degree of their freedom, their relationships. It's always interesting because it contains a story. You see the moment, and then your imagination turns on and you can think of what was before and what will be after.

I believe that the day when it will be possible to go out with a camera on the streets of Kiev without any restrictions will come very soon. But for now, I'm turning to the archives, and this is also a story in itself.
