Photofeed macrophotography contest: Ever green

Hi, my dear friends!

Nature is waking up from its winter sleep. Today I discovered young grass. Grass in February! This is just unbelievable! If things keep growing at this rate, we'll be fighting to have tulips in March! At any rate my irises are already starting to grow. I'm anxiously checking the weather forecast because my whole garden is already off to a great start! And I will be very disappointed if frost damages my plants.

But there are those who are not afraid of frost or snow. Evergreens. They delighted us in winter, reminding us that despite the cold, life goes on. We are surrounded by pine forests here. Conifers are also very popular for garden landscaping. It seems like a great idea to me and I want to plant some evergreens in my garden too. I will probably do it this year.
