Fill the weekend by learning to garden.

Do you know what the most valuable thing in this world is? not gold, diamonds or jewels but an 'opportunity' and 'trust'. And I often prove this to myself in the real world, not only in the world of work but also in the environment where I live. Let me tell you a little about my story, that 4 years ago when I was still living with my parents, they often didn't allow me to do many things including gardening, there were things they protested so I was afraid of making a mistake and didn't dare to take a step, finally I become lazy and don't have the courage to start doing this. It was only after 1 year that I had my own house and I managed to channel my hobby without any restrictions from anyone.

I realize that everything requires a process, it's okay if I fail, because I'm sure I can learn from that failure, and I'm sure that out of 10 trials there will be 1 time where I will enjoy satisfactory results. And next to my new house there is someone else's empty land that I can plant, and I want to plant cassava because it doesn't require special care, but there are things we have to pay attention to, namely, the type of soil that must be fertile, and how to plant cassava stems. So that I don't make a mistake, everyone has a technique and I learn independently.

4 years ago, what I was doing was just a dream, now I can realize it, and this is a dream come true, it turns out I can garden and enjoy my own results and look, after 8 months of planting my cassava, I can enjoy my cassava fruit. and it looks adorable, even though when I garden I can only do it on weekends on Saturdays and Sundays, but I am very proud of all these achievements, this makes my Saturdays and Sundays more meaningful because I have to prioritize gardening time with my wife and gather with other families.

In the future, I want my garden to be bigger and I want to hire employees to help look after my garden so that my garden is better maintained without weeds. And finally I also planted spinach in front of my house and I have harvested it. Gardening is a fun activity and my Saturdays and Sundays are now of a better quality than when I lived with my parents, where I spent most of my time sleeping.

How about you guys? Do you have the same experience as me? Let's share stories. Greetings from me @tomidiwirja Indonesia

My dad has been growing yucca all his life, I think it is the vegetable I have eaten the most and I love it, I am glad you are already seeing the fruits of your harvest, spend time with your wife in the garden and enjoy it as a family.

May your father's plants always grow well. I definitely really enjoy my gardening activities from the planting process to the harvesting process. I do all that with my wife. Saturday and Sunday are fun days in my opinion. because I can garden on that day. Thanks for stopping by.

I congratulate you for your perseverance. How nice that your dream came true, you have a garden to cultivate and you are harvesting the fruit of your hard work. I like your reflection on failures, we must take them as learning as you point out, only then we can see siblings results, even if we have to try many times.

Enjoy those cassava that look great, they are sure to come out soft.

Excellent publication 👏👏👏👏👏

Thank you, I hope it's not just my dream that comes true. Your dreams and the dreams of all of us here can come true. My cassava is very soft. If only we were close I would have given it to you.

Where I live, we also plant yucca, as well as pumpkin and other vegetables. It is satisfying to see the fruits of our labor.

That's right @purpleglitter, if we reap the harvest of plants that we planted ourselves, it has its own satisfaction. although the results were not very satisfying.
