Good day Splinterfriends, another week has passed meaning another social media challenge is on it's way. It's another good way to share some insights and experiences on our beloved game, Splinterlands.

For this week I'm going to highlight again one of the most left out part of the game, "The Guilds". Many players are actively playing in the brawls but missing out in this important game features. For some this topic maybe old but for me it's a good refresher specially for new players.

An Overview of Guilds for Beginners

For those who are new to the Guilds is where the brawl takes place, it is a battle between guild to prove who has more stronger decks and better strategy in game. We get Merits and crowns as reward for competing in brawl and everyone gets something based on your rank. We can use crowns to upgrade buildings for better rewards and merits to buy Gladius Cases which contains powerful cards all having the Bloodlust Ability.

More features of the guild will be discovered once you embark in more activities in this side of the game. It may also the best time to give emphasis to the Guilds since Splinterlands had an update during the anniversary event. Players can now use Guild Power to contribute in the upgrades of the building and can take those power once they leave the guild. It is so much better compared to the contribution scheme before where you have to burn DEC permanently to upgrade building and get nothing back when you decided to leave the guild. So I hope everyone join a guild that will help them grow more into the game, it's fun having people to play with and having the same goal as you, which is to improve and be one of the best.

A Perfect Gladius Case Opened

So this past week I opened a Gladius Case after accumulating enough Merits to purchase one which is two thousand merits. I wasn't expecting anything fancy from this pack, but what do you know I'm in for a big surprise.

In all the Gladius Case that I opened , I would say that this is the perfect one yet for me. Here it is!

To my surprise it contains a complete set of cards from common, rare, epic and legendary . Some may have opened better pack, but for me this is my personal best I call the perfect case. Opening this pack, gets me more motivated to participate more in guild brawls. Specially now that this gladius cards can now be used in rank battles so upgrading them sure is rewarding. This cards are pretty strong even in low levels, so having them is sure an advantage.

Keep Brawling

My last words will be an obvious one, as I always say keep playing and just accumulate. Soon we will have a deck that will be competitive even in the higher leagues.
