Hello Splinterland friends , our favorite battle challenge is here again to bring out the inner warrior in all of us.

There area lot of battles everyday that is worth sharing for other players to learn new strategies . So good thing this challenge is here to ensure those battle don't just stay in our battle logs.

The Ruleset

Battle Condition

Aside from the given challenge ruleset, this conditions are available.

• Born Again - All units will self resurrect, and will be granted one health and full armor.
• Element- All elements are available, this makes it hard to predict possible picks .
• Mana - we are given 99 mana, so we freely pick any unit without worrying about any mana.

Line Up Selection

• Quix - because of the counterspell, I'm expecting a lot of ranged damaged , a debuff from quix is a good advantage to start with.
• Djinn Chwala - having a taunt unit makes sure that the tank vs. tank will be the only battle in the frontlines, having a thorn will be a big advantage.
• Carnage Titan - having a mana of 99 I can just pick all the high man cards that I want. this unit is a very hard hitter , a must pick in this high mana battles.
• Chaos Dragon - even the the reflect it doesn't worry me because it has a pretty high health , and with the Renova's triage is much easier.
• Iziar - my favorite taunt unit, having the void the reflect won't do any damage. And having her allows other units to freely hit targets.
• Renova - a very useful utility card , a must have.
• Venari Crystalsmith - the heal that this card has will help my tank have more sustain.

Battle Highlights

For the first round , nothing much happened. Just the typical removal of armors and some of their base health.
In The start of second round the Flameblade was already in it's half health ,now that's already looking good.

In the continuation of the second round Flameblade already used it's resurrect. And also as expected Iziar was eliminated ,but that's part of the plan. The martyr ability was activated giving more damage to adjacent units and more will come because Iziar will resurrect and give a buff one more time.

On the third round, the second martyr was activated. Now Chaos dragon will have a 6 magic damage and Renova 5 magic damage, now that a lot of armor penetrating and blast damage for the both.

In this round, Chaos dragon eliminated two , now that blast is giving the opponent a hard time to sustain those health. Not much to worry about the return damage since Renova is still here to give a first aide on those wounds.
But for the elimination of Firecaller, it's martyr was also activated, giving a buff to the Drybone, good thing it's now on the tank position so only melee attacks will be used.

In the end of 4th round , Titan landed a final blow to the Drybone. Chwala is still very tough thanks to the heals of Crystalsmith. And my highest damage dealer is still alive and with only normal units left, this one is in the bag.

The final blow was delivered by Chaos dragon which also ended it's life. The tank stood until the end and still has a lot of health. I think it can do another round as long as Crystalsmith is there to support.

So that was another victory in the bag. Sometimes using mages in this rule has it's advantages specially when the other side don't expect you to use one . The void ability and having a lot of health enables mages to still be effective in this types of battles.
