This male sparrow is bringing some fresh sage to the birdhouse. Apparently, he likes the smell, ;-) or perhaps it helps to keep out little bugs. Either way, he is busy lining the nest with it.

How interesting, I never seen sparrow with sage. They are clever little ones. 🙂
It was my first time seeing one with sage too. I found that very intriquing.
