Coincidentally I am coming from my medical appointment, where I tried two bad habits that, although I was already working on one of them, I have not been consistent with that, my first bad habit is not drinking water, I am the kind of person who is never thirsty, or a little, the times I drink water is when I take a long walk, but I can spend a whole day at home without drinking water, or very, very little, I've been like this since I was a teenager, thanks to the fact that I started going to the gym I have seen myself obliged to drink water to exercise, yes or yes, although sometimes I get thirsty when I am doing a strong routine in the gym, normally the thermos of water lasts me all day, so I am forcing myself little by little to drink all the water, the doctor who examined me today seriously scolded me for not drinking even a good glass of water a day, so from now on its 7 glasses a day, I think it's impossible for me but I'll try for my health...

My second bad habit is not sunbathing, which was another scolding from my doctor today, since she noticed that my skin is very pale and she told me that vitamin D is essential for women, so I must take this vitamin minimum for 6 months and go out daily to sunbathe before 9am or after 4pm, yes yes, I know I live on an Island and I have many beaches nearby, let's see, I LOVE going to the beach, I love connecting with the sea, but I hate tanning 😂, I don't like how the sun feels on my skin, even so, by order of my doctor I have to go to the beach more often with the condition of sunbathing even for 15 minutes, so in addition to taking more water, buy vimatina D and take it for 6 months, I have to go to the beach on my doctor's orders, I never thought a doctor would say something like that, but it happened today, so I must abide by all these instructions, they are bad habits that I hope I can change and improve.
