CONTENIDO EN ESPAÑOL

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de ésta comunidad! Una vez más, me sumo ésta semana al concurso que pone a prueba nuestra imaginación y escritura.

Luego de ver ésta imagen, pienso en dos cosas: Las fiestas decembrinas y las decoraciones en las vitrinas. Por lo que no puedo evitar recordar la vez que tuve que hacer esto último para uno de los trabajos que tuve en un taller de pintura. Me encargaba del diseño y decoración de cajas y bolsas de regalo personalizadas, así que me la pasaba entre pinturas todo el día. Era bastante divertido y para mí, no lo veía como un trabajo.

El día que me dijeron que tendría como labor, decorar el vidrio de la entrada del local, me sentí algo nerviosa. Nunca había pintado algo tan grande y mucho menos en ese tipo de superficie. Me preguntaba si sería capaz de realizarlo, ya que mis jefes, me veían como una especie de "super heroína de las pinturas que podía pintar lo que sea". Sin embargo, yo siempre ando con mis inseguridades por delante. No sé cuánto tiempo me tomó, pero logré pintar la vitrina y debo confesar que me gustó mucho el resultado, aunque fue un trabajo algo complicado porque la pintura, no se adhería del todo al vidrio y debía pintar como lo hacía cuando usaba pintura al óleo: Con leves toques del pincel.

Antes de mudarme, pude ver que mi pintura sigue allí en la tienda y en cierto modo, eso me hizo feliz porque tengo varios años de haber dejado de trabajar en ese lugar y recuerdo que mi ex jefe, me había dicho que haría un dibujo nuevo con cada temporada... No sé si fue porque no consiguió quién pintara algo nuevo o lo vieron como un gasto innecesario ja ja Sea como fuera, cada vez que veo que en los distintos locales, decoran los vidrios con pinturas, ahora me emociono un poco, porque recuerdo esa ocasión.

Me gusta detenerme a observar, fijarme en los detalles del artista e imaginar cómo fue el proceso creativo de esa persona ¿Se frustraría al notar que ese tipo de pintura no era adecuada para el vidrio? ¿Cómo llegarían a decidir el diseño que se dibujaría? Para mí, ahora encontrar esas vitrinas vacías, es semejante a un lienzo en blanco y espero que alguien, se anime a plasmar su talento.

Hello to all the members of this community! Once again, this week I join the contest that tests our imagination and writing.

After seeing this image, I think of two things: The holidays and the decorations in the windows. So I can't help but remember the time I had to do the latter for one of the jobs I had in a paint shop. I was in charge of the design and decoration of personalized gift boxes and bags, so I spent all day painting. It was quite fun and for me, I didn't see it as work.

The day they told me that my job would be to decorate the glass at the entrance of the store, I felt a little nervous. I had never painted something that big and much less on that type of surface. I wondered if I would be able to do it, since my bosses saw me as a kind of "super heroine of paintings who could paint anything." However, I always have my insecurities ahead of me. I don't know how long it took me, but I managed to paint the display case and I must confess that I really liked the result, although it was a somewhat complicated job because the paint did not adhere completely to the glass and I had to paint as I did when I used oil paint. : With light touches of the brush.

Before moving, I could see that my painting was still there in the store and in a way, that made me happy because I had stopped working in that place for several years and I remember that my former boss had told me that he would make a new drawing. with each season... I don't know if it was because they couldn't find someone to paint something new or they saw it as an unnecessary expense ha ha Whatever the case, every time I see that in the different stores, they decorate the windows with paintings, now I get a little excited little, because I remember that occasion.

I like to stop and observe, pay attention to the artist's details and imagine what that person's creative process was like. Would you be frustrated when you noticed that that type of paint was not suitable for glass? How would you decide what design to draw? For me, now finding those empty showcases is similar to a blank canvas and I hope that someone is encouraged to capture his talent.
