Hello to all the members of this community! Once again I join the TopFamily contest, this time, to talk about a photograph that It awakens many sensations in me, so let me tell you what seeing that image generates in me.

When I think about Farmatodo, it is inevitable that the time when I lived near one of its branches comes to mind. For many Venezuelans, that place represents a "comfort" zone, since despite the fact that many of the prices are exorbitant or accessible only to a certain amount of the population, the enjoyment that is generated when walking through those corridors is indisputable. And by having aisles dedicated to different needs, it allows you to take a quick look at the shelves and remember the things you should buy or end up falling in love with an item you hadn't seen before. For me, it was normal to go to the Farmatodo that was a few blocks away, when I went out to do my shopping during the week, since there were certain items that I liked to buy specifically at that location. But I not only liked the wide variety of things I could find, but also the type of music they played on the speakers. I don't remember if in other branches I have heard that they play music, but in the Farmatodo which I used to visit, they played rock from the 80s, songs by the band Queen, Michael Jackson and even music by Amy Winehouse, which made my visit quite pleasant Also, it was the place where my boyfriend and I used to buy candy for when the weekend arrived and we could relax watching movies and series; It was therefore one of our weekend stops. Now that I have moved to the capital, I miss that Farmatodo, since I have nothing similar around to go to when I feel suffocated. I don't have those shelves full of things to contemplate or establish a secret communion with those expensive items that I wasn't going to buy right away, but "someday." I miss that observer's silence as well as the songs that made me feel like a kind of bubble; a place of relaxation in which to get lost for a while, even if it were to end up buying only a toothbrush or a box of headache pills. Farmatodo is like another dimension or at least, that is what it was for me.

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de ésta comunidad! Una vez más me uno al concurso de TopFamily, ésta vez, para hablar acerca de una fotografía que despierta en mí muchas sensaciones, así que déjenme qué les hable lo que me genera ver esa imagen.

Cuando pienso en Farmatodo, es inevitable que me venga a la mente la época en la que vivía cercano a una de sus sucursales. Para muchos de los venezolanos, ese lugar representa una zona de "confort", ya que a pesar de que mucho de los precios sean exorbitantes o accesibles sólo para cierta cantidad de la población, el disfrute que se genera al transitar por aquellos pasillos, es indiscutible. Y es que al contar con pasillos dedicados a distintas necesidades, permite que al dar un pequeño vistazo por los anaqueles, recuerdes las cosas que debes comprar o te termines enamorando de un artículo que no habías visto antes. Para mí, era normal dirigirme al Farmatodo que me quedaba a pocas cuadras, cuando salía a hacer mis compras en la semana, ya que habían ciertos artículos que me gustaba comprar específicamente en ese local. Pero no sólo me gustaba la gran variedad de cosas que podía hallar, sino también el tipo de música que colocaban en los altavoces. No recuerdo si en otras sucursales haya escuchado que coloquen música, pero en el Farmatodo al cual yo solía visitar, ponían rock de los años 80, canciones de la banda Queen, michael Jackson y hasta música de Amy Winehouse, lo que hacía mi visita bastante amena. También, era el lugar en donde mi novio y yo, solíamos comprar golosinas para cuando llegaba el fin de semana y podíamos descansar viendo películas y series; era por lo tanto, una de nuestras paradas de fin de semana. Ahora que me mudé a la capital, extraño aquel Farmatodo, puesto que no tengo nada parecido alrededor a dónde acudir cuando me siento asfixiada. No tengo esos anaqueles llenos de cosas para contemplar ni establecer una comunión secreta con esos artículos caros que no iba a comprar al momento, pero si "algún día". Extraño ese silencio de observador así como las canciones que me hacían sentir como es una especie de burbuja; un lujar de relajación en el cual perderme por un rato, así fuese para acabar comprando únicamente un cepillo de dientes o una caja de pastillas para el dolor de cabeza. Farmatodo es como otra dimensión o al menos, ese lo era para mí.
