3-5˚C ??? OUCH!!! That sounds honestly horrible. Are you in Europe or N. America? As for Mexico City, once June comes we'll be back to our regular 10-20˚C.

I'm in Europe. Average temperatures here for April are about 5 in the morning and up to 20. Btw today snowing :)
