It's more Fun in Filipino Hive!

Greetings, fellow Filipinos and Hive enthusiasts around the world, Lester here and I am about to share my thoughts about my ideal Filipino community on Hive.

In this post, I want to enumerate my expectations on what an ideal Filipino community on Hive is. From understanding, Filipinos composed of diverse factions and each has their unique characteristics and traits. Despite of this vast diversity a community can be established and will flourished if it has the following:

• Creating engaging experience: Encourage members of the Filipino community to actively participate by sharing their thoughts, ideas, and creations. By doing this, everyone will feel welcome and valued, promoting a sense of belonging and will create engaging and interactive experience. The game night is one of the things I enjoy about the community. I believe it is held every Friday by the staff of the HivePH community in Discord. I recall going once when the games were Bring Me Game and it was during the pandemic. People were extremely inventive in making the game more entertaining and enjoyable, despite the fact that it was held online.

• Knowledge Sharing: Each individual has their own expertise and experience to share in various fields. This can offer valuable insights and guidance to others and also opportunities for learning and growth within the community. HivePH is holding an onboarding webinar to further explain what Hive is. I haven't yet attended one, but I think this is a fantastic initiative given that not everyone in the Philippines is familiar with Hive or Crypto.

• Supportive Community: Filipinos are said to have a culture of supporting each member of the family. And as Filipino Community on Hive, each support from fellow Filipinos, whether thru post curation, providing feedback, offering guidance and also coaching sessions, can enhance the overall experience in the community and will make it more enjoyable.

Kudos to HivePH community for doing all these initiatives.

"It's more Fun in Filipino Hive!" summarizes the idea that being an active member of the Filipino community on Hive brings about a dynamic, supportive, and enjoyable experience.
