Preliminary SPK Network Hackathon [ENG-ESP]

Challenge Objective:

The main objective of this challenge is to encourage participants to explore and thoroughly understand the SPK NETWORK protocol. The SPK Network is a way to incentivize infrastructure operators to run content delivery, encoder, and IPFS content storage infrastructure. The challenge objective seeks to promote test token mining for the SPK Network Proof of Access algorithm and the identification of potential bugs in the protocol.

The first goal is to set up a storage node and pin existing videos from existing storage contracts and files (that @disregardfiat has Pre-prepared) to start earning test SPK.

The second goal is to start writing your contracts and backing them with test BROCA to get others to pin your files.

Challenge Details:

Mining Race:

Participants will enter a competition to mine the most Test SPK governance tokens in a given time.
Prizes will be awarded to those who manage to mine the most tokens in the shortest amount of time.

Bug Search:

Participants are encouraged to identify and report any bugs or vulnerabilities they find in the SPK Network protocol.
Bugs should be properly documented using bug reports, indicating how they were found and their potential impact on the protocol.

Presentation of Results:

At the end of the hackathon, teams should present their findings and results.

The presentation should include:

The bugs found.
The method used to identify them.
The total amount of SPK test tokens mined.
The strategy or technique used for mining.

Conditions and Rules

The bug reporting shall be rewarded subjectively based both on the number of bugs reported and the potential impact of bugs found. The presentation style and quality shall also be a factor in the placing of the teams.

The Quantity of Test SPK Tokens mined shall be rewarded subjectively based on the number of Test SPK Tokens mined as well as the creativity behind the methods used to mine those tokens. The presentation style and quality shall also be a factor in the placing of the teams.
