Sapien Loop Quiz 1 Answers

Hi Everyone,

Sapien_Loop_Q1_THUMB_Results.jpg

It’s time to announce the winner of the first Sapien Loop Quiz for this year. First, I would like to thank all the participants. A few more people participated than I anticipated. Judging from the answers, I am also glad to see some of you have taken the time to read Part 1 of the book.

How to Play!

Sapien_Loop_Q1_How_Play_RECAP.jpg

For those who did not enter, here is a quick recap of how to play. The quiz contained seven multiple-choice questions. Each question had five possible answers. The participant is required to select the correct answer from the five options. The participant who answers the most questions correctly wins the contest. If there is a tie, the participant who entered first wins. There is also a requirement for the winner to answer at least four questions correctly. This is my way of ensuring that the participants read the book.

The prize for each contest is 30 Hive Power. This contest has a prize of 60 Hive Power; 30 Hive Power was passed over from the previous economics contest, which had no winner.

Answers to the quiz are as follows:

Question 1: D
Question 2: A
Question 3: A
Question 4: D
Question 5: E
Question 6: A
Question 7: B

Explanations

Question 1: Chapter 2 explains how the Sapey Government functions. The residents of each region elect representatives. The representatives elect 12 governors to lead the Government.

Question 2: Chapter 1 explains that the planet has only one continent and one country.

Question 3: Chapter 2 states that ‘some top entertainers and journalists were allowed to earn tokens that did not have expiration dates’.

Question 4: In Chapter 6, Demarcus prepared a meal for his family. At the table, Demarcus explained that the noink sauce gave the food its colour
Note: The question initially incorrectly referenced Darius. It was corrected the next day.

Question 5: Despite being a prominent character in Part 1, the Adoy Head Enforcer’s name was not revealed in the book. The intention was to dehumanise him.

Question 6: At the end of Chapter 13, Orcille called the Enforcer Department, but at this point, the reason was not revealed. In Chapter 14, Orcille told Vulay that Victor told him he had the girls. In Chapter 19, Orcille told the Head Enforcer he went to them to accuse Victor of taking the girls.

Question 7: In Chapter 23, Arville attempted to attack Vulay in the cell. Orcille shouted at Arville to leave her alone. He also shook the bars of the cell. Arville responded by striking Orcille on the knuckles. This distraction presented an opportunity for Vulay to defend herself. She did so by kicking Arville between the legs.

Winners

Sapien_Loop_Q1_WINNER.jpg

Overall, this contest had nine participants. Two of them answered all seven questions correctly. @justclickindiva was the first to answer all of them correctly. Therefore, wins the contest and 60 Hive Power. @stekene was the other participant to answer all the questions correctly. Unfortunately, this contest has only one winner.

Later this month, I will be holding another contest. The same rules apply.

I have several collections of posts. I have organised these collections based on content and purpose.

The first collection contains six collection posts created before PeakD had the collection feature. Four of these posts relate to the core of my content; one of them contains all my Actifit Posts, and one of them contains my video course, ‘Economics is Everyone’.

Collection_Works.jpg

The second collection consists of the posts that I consider define my channel. These posts are significant in terms of content as well as how they contribute to the growth of the channel. These posts reveal the most about what I believe in.

Defining_Post.jpg

The third and fourth collections are what I call my ‘Freedom-based Economics Living Book’. They contain all the posts that support my ideas about the value and power of freedom. Some of these posts explain what we can achieve with freedom and what we need to utilise it for. Some of them explain how we are deprived of freedom and how we often give up freedom for security and comfort. The third collection concludes with possible scenarios depending on what we (society) choose to do.

Not really a lot of knowledge, just reading the story carefully. Since I'm a fiction writer and love to read for pleasure, I try to remember certain important details of a story. I usually re-read stories to ensure I understand what is happening and the concept.

Thanks for your support. I appreciate it. Take care.
