Habits I would like to change [week 165].

Dear friends, once again here taking advantage of the creative themes of my friend @galenkp. This week the following caught my attention:

They are unhealthy.
What are two unhealthy habits you have, how do they affect you and what could you do to stop them? Do you want to do it? Explain it in more than 300 words and use your own photos if possible.

When we reach a certain age we start to take healthy habits seriously in order to make our existence last as long as possible, but the bad habits and bad habits that surround us make willpower take a leading role in this facet.

One of the bad habits that I know I have and that I must and want to correct is the sedentary lifestyle, although I am a man who works a lot and I do multiple things at once (I know that this should say someone else and not me😂) I do not devote extra time to exercise, I have tried but we know that we must pass the barrier of time for this practice to become a habit, it has been very difficult for me.

Just today I was talking in a group about it, I know that we put many obstacles, if it is not the flannel it is the shoes, if it is not the sports suit and so on; but you have to be strong and make the time to achieve this habit, especially in my case that I suffer from overweight since always despite my relatively healthy diet.

I have been eliminating carbohydrates for several months and it was until three weeks ago thanks to a technical closure of my business that I could completely get rid of carbohydrates, I am trying to lead a keto diet and it has worked for me I have learned how carbohydrates are what make us hungry, before I had breakfast with a stuffed arepa and by mid-morning I felt like eating now with the keto diet only eating protein for breakfast I can easily stay satiated until the next meal.

The other habit that I would like to change would be to know how to say "No" I think this would be very useful because when you learn to say no you start to nurture your self-esteem, saying yes to everything generates some emotional wear and stress that ultimately affects our health.

We must do everything possible to be in peace and harmony with our body and soul.

Dude @soychalbed, I saw you in the picture with a cup and I figured you were going to talk about coffee, I love coffee and I think it's a habit I should quit, although I should also exercise more, but it's so hard.

Well, I tell you that coffee has no problems, the problem is the sugar to sweeten it or the milk and of course the bread that goes with it 🤣🤣 .
In fact I have a friend who suffered a recent heart attack and the doctor recommended him to drink coffee.

Eating without carbohydrates is very good, it helps a lot to lose weight, once I did it and I lost a lot of weight, but then I went back to eating them, I hope you do well.
