Google would be the best source of info. However, the mix is comprised of Cinnamon oil, Clove oil, Rosemary oil, Eucalyptus oil, Lemon Grass oil. I have also added Frankincense and Myrrh to the mix. You can purchase the oils in small amounts fairly economically. I would suggest mixing in a carrier oil such as Olive oil or Coconut oil as you don't want to put them full strength onto you skin. Google recipes for thieves oil and you can find the amounts.
