LMAC - 193 | EECLIPSIS OF THE SOUL

This approach led me to a land of creatures, dark beings, and deities in conflict. The setting was perfect for it. So, I began designing my two main deities.

Hola comunidad de Let's Make a Collage. En mi primera participación, intenté plasmar mi imaginación en la imagen presentada para el concurso. Para lograrlo, me propuse idealizar el punto central, que es la fortaleza principal.
Este enfoque me llevó a un país habitado por criaturas, seres oscuros y deidades que luchan entre sí. La puesta en escena fue ideal para representar este mundo. Así que comencé a diseñar mis dos deidades principales.

I began by placing this character representing darkness. Once positioned, I proceeded to erase part of his legs so that he would be behind the tree and not appear too visually abrupt. For his hand, I added an axe that seemed fitting for the scene, incorporating shadows and details.

Comencé por colocar a este personaje que representaría la oscuridad. Una vez posicionado, procedí a borrar parte de sus piernas para que quedara detrás del árbol y no resultara tan brusco visualmente. Para la parte de su mano, añadí un hacha que me pareció ideal para la escena, agregándole sombras y detalles.

I erased part of his face and began to envision this dark scene. From his face, arms of consumed souls emerge, pleading for help through the opening in his hood. I also came up with the name "The Executioner of Gods" for him. Once the image was finalized, I created a copy and added an effect to create a "dark smoke" around him.

Borré parte de su rostro y empecé a proponerme esta escena oscura. En la parte de su rostro, emergen brazos de almas consumidas, pidiendo ayuda a través de la abertura de su capucha. Además, se me ocurrió apodarlo el Verdugo de Dioses. Una vez conformada la imagen, creé una copia y le apliqué un efecto para simular un "humo oscuro" a su alrededor.

And to conclude, I included two representative images of life and color: a woman and a unicorn with a rainbow in the background. The same layer erasing and overlay techniques were applied to create a visual distinction between them. In the unicorn's horn, you can also see a shine, attempting to counter the darkness.

To finish it off, I placed the title of the collage to convey the intended idea.

Y para finalizar, incluí dos imágenes representativas de la vida y el color: una mujer y un unicornio con un arco iris de fondo. Se aplicaron las mismas técnicas de borrado de capas y superposición para crear una diferencia visual entre ellas. En el cuerno del unicornio, también se observa un brillo, tratando de hacer frente a la oscuridad.

Para completar, añadí el título del collage, colocándolo de manera que transmita la idea que quiero expresar.

Before concluding, I wanted to establish a division between the color spectrum and the achromatic part to make the message clear: the struggle between light and darkness, with the eclipse serving as a counterpart to the message. Antes de finalizar, quise crear una división entre la gama de colores y la parte acromática para que el mensaje sea claro: la lucha entre la luz y la oscuridad, dando al eclipse una contraparte junto al mensaje.
