CONTEST: Card for the Big Dog Bone | [ESP-ENG]

Hello virtual world community! This is my entry for the Christmas letter creation. I took various examples that I thought would be appreciated and added or removed details to complete the final design.

PROCESO / PROCESS

Como primer paso, decidí eliminar el fondo y su relleno, ya que esto me permitiría colocar las imágenes generadas como una máscara de capa, logrando que se sitúen encima del marco navideño sin salirse de él.

As a first step, I chose to remove the background and its fill, as it would allow me to place the generated images as a layer mask, ensuring they fit neatly within the Christmas frame.

Inicié añadiendo una forma debajo del marco para empezar a generar un fondo. Una vez colocado el fondo navideño y corregidos algunos detalles, procedí a dar forma a la composición con diseños navideños.

I began by adding a shape beneath the frame to start creating a background. Once the Christmas background was in place and some details were corrected, I proceeded to shape the composition with festive designs.

¿Qué sería una carta de perros sin incluir al perro? Una vez generado y con la iluminación adecuada, comencé a cambiar y darle un poco más de concepto a la carta.

What would a dog letter be without including the dog? Once generated and with the appropriate lighting, I began to make changes and give a bit more concept to the letter.

Para el marco y la tipografía, decidí realizar un cambio ya que no lograba un contraste adecuado entre el verde y el rojo. Una vez lograda la tipografía y cambiado el color a verde, le añadí un resplandor para que llamara la atención como título.

Si observan el marco, también fue modificado para agregar elementos verdes en forma de cinta que acompañaran el contraste complementario ROJO-VERDE del círculo cromático.

For the frame and typography, I decided to make a change as I wasn't achieving a satisfactory contrast between green and red. Once the typography was refined and the color changed to green, I added a glow to make the title stand out.

If you observe the frame, it was also altered to incorporate green elements in the form of ribbons to complement the RED-GREEN complementary contrast of the color wheel.

Para ultimar detalles, añadí con un pincel efectos de nieve con desenfoque gaussiano que me permitió darle un poco más de profundidad al diseño y lograr el concepto de Navidad. Debajo del marco del título, también agregué ciertas "guirnaldas" navideñas para complementar los detalles.

To finalize the details, I added snow effects with a Gaussian blur brush, allowing me to add a bit more depth to the design and achieve the Christmas concept. Below the title frame, I also included some "garlands" to accompany the details.
