Announcement of the Creature Background Contest and My ZING Token Accumulation Update

Hi there! It's me @saydie and once again, I'm here to make another post for Holozing which is an upcoming game on Hive and for this post, I want to extend my help through my followers in order to call every artist within and outside Hive to participate on the Creature Background Contest for a chance to become a part of this project. I also want to give an update on my $ZING token accumulation which I haven't been able to update for many weeks.

Creature Background Contest

It was actually the second official contest that organized by Holozing but compared to the first Contest which only ask the community to name the starter creatures, this time, participants of this contest have a chance to play a more integral part as a member of the Holozing team if they were deemed that the participant has satisfy the conditions set by the team for their vision of the game. All you need to do was to design a background that would fit for any of the starter creature.

You do not need to make a background for all of them. Just making one design for the duration of the contest is more than enough and it should be at portrait mode with the creature on the center of it. There is no specific dimensions for the height and width of the card but if you are gonna make one, it should not be smaller than what the standard size for physical trading cards in case that some people want to make a physical collection of the creatures.

When it comes to the background design, it should complement with the type of the creatures and there should be No A.I., No Stock Image, and No Copyrighted Content that was included in the design. Use your imagination and skills and show the process by making a post on the Holozing Community before the payout of the contest post which by the writing of this post, has 5 days left for payout. Each participant can only make one submission so take your time and make the best possible background that you can make at the time that was given.

There will be 3 winners selected. We will be actively looking through all the valid entries and curating them based on effort and quality.

There is a chance HOLOZING could purchase your winning entry at a reasonable price in HIVE and possibly hire you for the other starters and future creatures if it is really impressive.

1000 POSH reward pool- 500 POSH for the 1st, 300 for the 2nd, and 200 for the 3rd place winner.

10000 ZING reward pool- 5000 for the 1st, 3000 for the 2nd, and 2000 for the 3rd place.

My $ZING Accumulation Update

I think it was a month ago when I make a post on How to Earn Zing Tokens with HP Delegations and Posh Balance and during that time, I only have 454.96 $ZING that was staked mainly earned with my HP Delegations and at the present, it finally reached 1.08k $ZING staked which is more than twice of the previous amount and although it's not very much compared to others, I'm still glad that I was able to accumulate some tokens without prior investment.

That said, my accumulation has actually became slower than before. This was because the APR for HP Delegation has gone down mainly due to more and more people are delegating their Hive power. In order to compensate for that, I also increased my HP delegations from 200 HP to 500 HP while leaving the rest in my account so that I can still function at hive with making post, comments and upvotes Without any power Down as I continued to build my Hive Power and influence on Hive. As for my $HBD holdings, I currently keep them on my savings to look for future projects that I want to invest but for now, I want to have those sweet 20% APR from holding it so the the option of accumulating $ZING is currently not available for me including buying them to the market and that was my plan at least until the end of this year.

The Claimdrop bonus Rewards also help me to increase my $ZING holdings however, there were days that I just forget to visit the site due to real world priorities specially during this season where everything becomes so hectic. Still, I still feel grateful for this extra $ZING that I can get for this duration.

At the moment, I have ranked on the 401^st place for the top contributors but after next year comes, I plan to add more delegations with the rewards that I could possibly earn until the end of the year to possibly bring me under the 300 ranking.
