Well, you made me Google this one hehe. I've not heard of a Black Phoebe before. It seems it is a songbird. But these birds still look like doves to me haha... although I can see the white belly that you mention which is characteristic of the Black Phoebe so who knows... I certainly didn't think I'd be trying to figure this out this evening !LOLZ ... Maybe next time you will be lucky and they will land a bit closer for a better photo opp! Well doing so has added to your knowledge of birds. They're still cool being doves, hehehe.
I did try filming two of them on Sunday but on noticing my presence they flew away. 😅
