in order to be in our team does one has to have hive account?
Since it is blockchain team one should have hive account, if does not require account it I have friend that likes chess

No, it is not required to have a Hive account. Just without Hive account, in the next regular season your friend would not be able to get listed in the rankings and earn rewards in Hive!

I see, he just likes to play so it wont be problem for him
he is around 2200 Lichess and I think around 1900 OTB
Maybe he can join tomorrow
