Great struggles await us

Greetings hive ladies, a new week of topics in the community from our participant @trucklife-family, with very updated topics. I share the challenge post: Ladies of Hive Community Contest #171.

1️⃣ What does Women Empowerment mean to you and what are some of your personal experiences that motivated you to think/care about women’s empowerment?

2️⃣ What would you like to say to young women today, what advice would you give them?

Women in Venezuela still have a long road ahead of us towards empowerment, that need to favor women as they are less favored socially and politically speaking.

I can only observe from my country this extraordinary movement to bring a woman to the presidency, something that was unthinkable in Venezuelan society.

And yet the negative forces will do everything possible to prevent it, despite the great capacity for work and leadership of the women of my country being demonstrated.

This concern about allowing women better spaces and more work responsibilities can only arise from our demonstration in the social fields in which we participate.

Educate and prepare our young women to allow themselves to be in all areas of today's society. We cannot put limits on our young ladies of the future, we have to expand their living spaces. And all this will depend on how we educate future generations.

That is why I love the two topics this week where a union of them can allow us to set some goals for the future.

Ladies have the same capacity to manage a country and a home in the future. Like someone who manages correctly and with balance the inputs and outputs of the economy in the world, only on a larger level.

I advise young ladies not to put limits on their projects and ideas, with a lot of effort they can achieve their goals.

And I am sure that we can achieve this more active presence of women in the world, giving the best of their teachings. We need that balance that mothers give us in a home, we must pass it on to our new world, with that capacity for work that all ladies have.

1️⃣ ¿Qué significa el Empoderamiento de las Mujeres para ti y cuáles son algunas de tus experiencias personales que te motivaron a pensar/preocuparte por el empoderamiento de las mujeres?

2️⃣ ¿Qué te gustaría decirles a las jóvenes de hoy, qué consejo les darías?

A las mujeres en Venezuela todavía nos espera un largo camino hacia el empoderamiento, esa necesidad de favorecer a las damas al estar menos favorecidas social y políticamente hablando.

Solo puedo observar desde mi país es extraordinario movimiento por llevar a una mujer a la presidencia, algo que en la sociedad venezolana les resultaba impensable.

Y sin embargo las fuerzas negativas harán todo lo posible para impedirlo, a pesar de estar demostrada la gran capacidad de trabajo y liderazgo de las mujeres de mi país.

Esa preocupación por permitir a las mujeres mejores espacios y más responsabilidades de trabajo solo podrán surgir de nuestra demostración en los campos sociales en los que participamos.

Educar y preparar a nuestras jóvenes a permitirse estar en todos los ámbitos de la sociedad actual. No podemos ponerles limites a nuestras damas jóvenes del futuro, tenemos que ampliarles sus espacios de vida. Y todo esto va a depender de como eduquemos a las generaciones futuras.

Es por eso que me encanta los dos temas de esta semana donde una unión de ellos nos puede permitir fijar algunos objetivos a futuro.

Las damas tienen la misma capacidad para manejar un país y un hogar a futuro. Como quien administra correctamente y con equilibrio las entradas y salidas de la economía en el mundo, solo que a nivel más grande.

Que aconsejo a las damas jóvenes que no se pongan limites a sus proyectos e ideas, con mucho esfuerzo pueden lograr sus metas.

Y estoy segura de que podemos lograr esta presencia más activa de las mujeres en el mundo, dando lo mejor de sus enseñanzas. Necesitamos ese equilibrio que nos dan las madres en un hogar, debemos pasarlo a nuestro mundo nuevo, con esa capacidad de trabajo que todas las damas tienen.
