Today I want to share with you my Fanart for the weekly contest of the amazing Splinterlands community.
This week I used as inspiration the Lemell Refugee card, this is a water type character. I really liked the figure and elements of this character. She is a refugee warrior, which is equipped with a spear that has a nice lettering design on the side. For this drawing I decided to use the technique of colored pencils on paper. Below I will be leaving you the step by step so you can appreciate how was the process of making this drawing, I hope you enjoy it!
Process
The first thing was to make a sketch. I wanted to make a pose a bit relaxed and sexy hehehe, but just like showing security and power, like with a warrior instinct, haha.
After defining the sketch I moved on to outlining. I used my markers number 03 for more delicate lines and 05 for thicker lines, with marker number 08 I highlighted some stronger shadow areas.
When I started coloring I drew the eyes first, I drew one eye blue and the other with magenta leaving some small spaces for the glitters. For the skin I used the flesh color as a base color, then I used some colors like brick red, orange, dark brown, among others, for the shadows and contrasts of this, and with a blue or navy blue color I added a little bit of cold shade. And I shaded the eyes, the eyebrows and a little bit the teeth with the gray color.
With the hair what I did was that I added some strokes in some parts with the purple color and with a little bit of gradient, then I was merging it with the violet color, and then I added intensity and shadows with the blue color and the navy blue.
Color some edges of the armor, the collar and belt and the armor decoration on his chest with the yellow color, then with the colors dark orange, red, brick red and shade brown according to the area that required it.
Now I start drawing the armature. For this I used the color midnight blue and the color purple for the sleeves and the pants. With the colors night blue, navy blue and light blue I gave volume to the shoulder pads and leg protectors and also to the part of his chest. With the mario blue color I applied the color with more intensity in the lower part of the chest and covering the whole back. And as with the purple color, I colored with more intensity the sleeves and pants, also for this, I used navy blue to give it a little more contrast.
For the spear that this character has, I used black color to color the staff, and I added some bandages in the middle that I colored with red, and with the silver color I drew some patterns as a language proper of their society.
Now I had to draw a background. I thought of some high waves. I drew on the top a background with the color ochre and adding a little bit of blackberry color. Then I drew some lines that would be foam and then I colored them with gray color and with that same color I created volume between the foam. Then with the light blue and navy blue I made the water mixing these two colors blending waves in the water. After the background I added some small details to the rest of the drawing.

El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi Fanart para el concurso semanal de la increíble comunidad de Splinterlands.
Esta semana usé como inspiración la carta de Lemell Refugee, este es un personaje de tipo agua. Me gustó mucho la figura y elementos de este personaje. Ella es una guerrera refugiada, la cual está equipada con una lanza que tiene un bonito diseño de letras a un costado. Para este dibujo decidí usar la técnica de lápices de colores sobre papel. Abajo les estaré dejando el paso a paso para que puedas apreciar como fue el proceso de realizar este dibujo. ¡Espero que lo disfrutes!
Proceso
Lo primero fue hacer un boceto. Quise hacer una pose un poco relajada y sexy jejeje, pero al igual que demostrando seguridad y poder, como con un instinto guerrero, jaja.
Después de definir el boceto pase con el delineado. Usé mis marcadores número 03 para líneas más delicadas y el 05 para líneas más gruesas, con el marcador número 08 resalte algunas zonas de sombras más fuertes.
Al empezar a colorear dibujé de primero los ojos, dibujo un ojo azul y el otro con el magenta dejando unos pequeños espacios para los brillitos. Para la piel usé el color carne como color base, luego usé algunos colores como el rojo ladrillo, naranja, marrón oscuro, entre otros, para las sombras y contrastes de esta, y con un color azul o azul marino añadi un poco de matiz fría. Y sombree los ojos, las cejas y un poco los dientes con el color gris.
Con el pelo lo que hice fue que añadí unos trazos en algunas partes con el color mora y con un poco de degradado, luego lo fui fusionando con el color violeta, y luego añadí intensidad y sombras con el color azul y el azul marino.
Coloree algunos bordes de la armadura, el collar y cinturón y la decoración de la armadura en su pecho con el color amarillo, luego con los colores naranja oscuro, rojo, rojo ladrillo y el cafe sombree según la zona que lo requiriese.
Ahora empiezo a dibujar la armadura. Para esto utilicé el color azul noche y el color mora para las mangas y el pantalón. Con los colores azul noche, azul marino y el azul claro le di volumen a las hombreras y los protectores de las piernas y también a la parte de su pecho. Con el color azul mario apliqué el color con más intensidad en la parte más abajo del pecho y que cubre toda la espalda. Y al igual que con el color mora, coloree con más intensidad las manga y el pantalón, también para esto, usé el color azul marino para darle un poco más de contraste.
Para la lanza que tiene este personaje, usé el color negro para colorear la vara, y añadí unas vendas en el medio que coloree con rojo, y con el color plateado dibujé algunos patrones como un lenguaje propio de su sociedad.
Ahora debía dibujar un fondo. Pensé en unas olas altas. Dibujé en la parte superior un fondo con el color ocre y añadiendo un poco de color mora. Luego dibujé unas líneas que serían espuma y luego las coloree con el color gris y con ese mismo color cree volumen entre la espuma. Luego con el color azul claro y el azul marino hice el agua mezclando estos dos colores difuminando ondas en el agua. Después del fondo añadí unos pequeños detalles más al resto del dibujo.
Así quedaría terminado mi dibujo. A mí realmente me gustó bastante,¿Ustedes que dicen? Espero leer sus comentarios y opiniones, eres libre de hacerlo, y yo lo agradeceré bastante.
