En esta edición N° 162 nos plantean dos preguntas muy interesantes. Me tomaré unos buenos minutos para responder la primera acerca de la fidelidad.

¿Fidelidad para toda la vida?
Sí y sí. Si lo miramos desde el enfoque romántico, te aseguro que conozco muchos casos de parejas que se han sido fieles toda la vida. Esto es realmente hermoso y nos hace ver que es posible. Ahora bien, ser fiel exige un compromiso y una dedicación al otro, exige buscar el bien y el beneficio del otro. Ser fiel significa ser leal, y ésta es una virtud maravillosa.
En la amistad también es posible desarrollar la fidelidad siendo comprensivos, amables y discretos cuando nuestros amigos nos confían sus secretos.
Pero yo he encontrado más la fidelidad mirando al cielo y viendo la misericordia de Dios presente cada día.
Loyalty for life?
Yes and yes. If we look at it from the romantic approach, I assure you that I know many cases of couples who have been faithful to each other all their lives. This is really beautiful and makes us see that it is possible. Now, being faithful demands a commitment and a dedication to the other, it demands to seek the good and the benefit of the other. To be faithful means to be loyal, and this is a wonderful virtue.
In friendship it is also possible to develop faithfulness by being understanding, kind and discreet as our friends confide their secrets to us. But I have found faithfulness more by looking up to heaven and seeing God's mercy present every day.
¿Ver el futuro o el pasado?
Quiero contestar esta pregunta de una manera jocosa sin extenderme.
Como se pudiera pensar, no me interesa ir al pasado para arreglar alguna situación en mi vida incómoda o frustrante, no.
Siempre he querido viajar al pasado solamente para ver cómo eran mis padres de pequeños o de jóvenes, lo que hacían en su cotidianidad, sus actitudes, su fisionomía, etc. Eso me llama mucho la atención. También ir más allá en la historia y ver cómo era la época de la colonia, observar las luchas por las reinvindicaciones y derechos de mujeres y hombres, además de ir atrás en el tiempo para mirar cómo era todo antes de la revolución industrial.
Me gustaría poder viajar en el tiempo, ya que me apasiona la historia. De momento me contentaré con fotografías y documentales que den testimonio de acontecimientos del pasado.

Seeing the future or the past
I want to answer this question in a humorous way without being long-winded.
As you might think, I am not interested in going into the past to fix some uncomfortable or frustrating situation in my life, no.
I have always wanted to travel back in time to see what my parents were like when they were little or young, what they did in their daily lives, their attitudes, their physiognomy, etc. That really catches my attention. Also to go further back in history and see what it was like in colonial times, to observe the struggles for women's and men's rights and demands, as well as to go back in time to see what it was like before the industrial revolution.
I would like to be able to travel back in time because I am passionate about history. For the time being I will be content with photographs and documentaries that bear witness to events of the past.
