Hive Power Delegation Reward | Initiative to support Newbies - Second Month

Hello and Namaste Everyone,

Back to share this again and this is the second time. I wanted to publish this in the weekend time but I could not do that. This weekend was slightly busy for me and my son has some school activities to be finished so I could not get much time. I need to assist him with all the school activities and the weekend is the time when I can get this done. Sometimes weekends are fun but sometimes it's busy so this one was busy for me including my son because we both were busy finishing those tasks given by the school. We finally finished all the activities so now I'm feeling relaxed and drafting this post to support some new people on the platform.

I have been here for over four years and it is like my second home. It is just a way that I am trying to support some content creators through my bit whatever is possible. This is the effort that I am taking to retain some users and I believe this is a good initiative that I have started to motivate some new users on the platform.

I will be doing the 500 HP delegation for 3 weeks to 2 users. I believe this is a good amount to keep them engaged and this will help them build a following and have a great connection with the community which is the key on the hive platform.

I will be delegating 500 hive power to 2 users for 3 weeks with no condition but there are some rules to make it fair. It's almost the same and the only exclusion is that whoever won last time will not be eligible. I want different people to get support.

• You should not have more than 1000 hive power.
• You should be active user (engagement is more important)
• No previous winners, please

Just write in the comments that you want this HP delegation reward for the next three weeks and how you are going to use it.

I want to make it simple for everyone but at the same time, I also want to make it fair because whoever gets this should not be abusing it. The intention behind this is just to support the new users. I will be trying to keep an eye on the users who will be winners to see if they are using it fairly or not. This is just a way from my end to support the community and I look forward to seeing some action happening in the comments of this post.

This is the second time I am running this initiative and it was a good experiment. I got 25 entries in the last one and this was good. I do it again because I can see some people want this type of initiative to be in place. I want to mention here that I tried keeping this initiative as simple as possible and technically there is no condition that you need to meet but every challenge requires some rules to make it fair and that is what I did.

I'm always open to suggestions so if you have any better suggestions then please do share them with me and I will surely consider it if it is feasible for me.
