RE: Which part of me can I afford to lose? (LOH #177)

Cosmetic surgery does not seem appealing to me too. I feel it is absurd because we all are beautiful just the way we are and we don’t need extra or anything artificial
I guess people are not satisfied with the way they look but the surgery is always risky and some lose their lives so I’m wondering why some people still do it
