Qurator's Mischievous Mondays | When the Clock Stops

Welcome to Qurator's Mischievous Mondays!

This will be a weekly competition that we will be hosting every Monday. We want to see a little more engagement and fun when it comes to some of our competitions so this will be a simpler and shorter competition. Easy to enter, but maybe not so easy to win. ;) This competition will be similar to the Monday Missions we had a long time ago, but instead of writing posts to enter we will now consider only the comments and answers on this blog as your entry to win.

Why Mischievous?

We all could use a little fun in our lives. We would even say that we deserve it, let loose a little and have a go at making everyone laugh or think a little, even if it is a little over the top or pure silliness. Go all out and let your creative juices flow.

This week's theme : When the Clock Stops

Life in a world where time has frozen for everyone but you. What would you do? Where would you go. You only have one week before time continues.

When The Clock Stops:

"The clock and the Human Life"

Greetings everyone, this is my first time to join Qurator's Comment challenge and I am very interesting to join this challenge. For this week's challenge titled, WHEN THE CLOCK STOPS. Clocks is also connected in our Life, Why? Its because it represents the tickling of the clock as our Lives. Allow me to share my opinion about this, about clock and our life. The tickling of the clock represents our life, our heartbeat and pulse we all know that we can breathed everytime when our heart pumps based on scientific explanation. The clock also lives and functions everytime when the rotation hands will rotate.

What Would I do?

While we are here on Earth, living and doing different kinds of activities, we must do good deeds. Everyone will remembered our good deeds by helping others not only for financial problems but also emotional and spiritual. As the farmer says, we should planted more good crops and harvested more in the right time. While the rotation hands of the clock spinning, we should do good deeds to humankind. We can't predict when the clock stops that is why we must do prepared always.

Where I go?

If we also connected the clock to our Life, the time when it will stops, our heartbeat, pulse will also stop. Well, I think all of us believes in ghost and spirits and we will vanish here on Earth our spirits will go somewhere, along with the wind. Different kinds of place were we did not see for our lives and the Great piece of the clocks parts that serve as a great piece of Memories cannot be assembled again.

I am glad it would only take 1 week as I would miss the human contacts.

I am not that sure I would do that much 'special'. I would like to visit some overcrowded places but yea, I can't fly myself so wouldn't be that easy if all other humans are frozen. If it's winter I would probably go skiing a day because chasing down on the slopes with people, would be really great!

I guess my inner devil would tell me to steal certain items while my inner angel would tell me to do some good stuff. I would probably plant some flowers in the middle of our village and thus when people unfreeze, they would wonder: Where do the flowers come from?

It would be crazy if time stopped just for me, I would have fun like never before!

I would take advantage of this unusual week to do things I wouldn't dare otherwise. For sure, I would walk around the city naked, that would be the highlight! I would enter the best restaurants and prepare the best meal for myself. I would go to malls to try on various clothes (but then continue being naked). I would go to a car dealership and borrow a Ferrari or a Lamborghini and experience the sensation of driving such a machine. Wow, I would do many things (naked).

I think in the end, I would pull off something mischievous. Maybe I would scatter mannequins around the city in strategic places where people would look at them after waking up from their sleep and wonder how they got there! I would leave people confused and it would be an extra fun after this opportunity!

It would be nice to use this week to do something good for our planet.
But since everything is at a standstill, even moving from one place to another to boycott some factory that pollutes too much seems impossible to me.

So I'm going to use it for me, take my car and get to Rome in a day.
Hopefully I will find good weather and enjoy the eternal city all to myself. I will look for a luxury hotel, a penthouse room with a terrace overlooking St Peter's Basilica.

I imagine in the morning when I wake up I would have to rummage through the hotel kitchen to find surely something delicious to eat for breakfast.

Then I would head towards the centre to visit the Colosseum and all the Roman Forum as my first stop. The whole Colosseum for me!

I would enjoy all the beauties of Rome, with 6 days left I can really see all the places I want to, enter everywhere even where usually nobody can enter.

Of course if during my walks I were to find myself near the Bank of Italy's Banknote Service building, which is responsible for producing euros for my country, I would pay a visit.
I might be tempted to pick up something that would allow me to live well.

I am not saying that I would but only that I might be tempted before returning to the usual daily routine. 😜

It's crazy just to think about the possibility of everyone being frozen in time and me having the whole world just for myself. Haha. I think a week would be more than enough time to get up to some craziness.

First, I'd go to a car dealership and grab a vehicle so I could move around freely and explore whatever I want. Then, I'd head to Rio de Janeiro to visit places I've always wanted to go but fear of violence has held me back, like some of the favelas (Rocinha and Complexo do Alemão).

Embracing the adventurous spirit, I'd also use buildings and streets as a huge canvas and create various murals with paintings. I'd go to various fancy and expensive restaurants and try all sorts of foods.

And, I won't be hypocritical and pretend I wouldn't commit some crimes!! I'd go to electronics stores and grab some devices for myself too - don't tell the police, please. Hahaha.

Congratulations to the winners.

If time stopped for everyone but me for just one day, I will be very happy. Time stopping for one week is like putting me in a heaven. I have the planet to myself. The freedom, getting what I want and need, doing everything I want. But then, in one way or the other, I will most likely miss human contact though.

WHAT TO DO

The first thing I will is to sit back and make plans of to spend the week without wasting a minute of the precious time. I will get books in other to upgrade myself and improve my worth while other people are frozen. Then, I'll return the books afterwards.

Next up I will cleanse the planet of bad politicians and their fellow bad men and women who have corrupted the system. Erase their existence from every database of the world and make sure that there is no trace of them anywhere.

After purging the planet, it will be time to have fun. I will go surfing, try out sky diving far from populated places (but the plane will obviously crash when I'm out. Hehe 😅), climb a mountain just to listen to FKJ by Ylang Ylang. i'll visit different parts of the world and learn from them through written material, improve my knowledge by visiting the vatican to unfold hidden truths.

I will make sure to satisfy my curiosity with this one week and live the best out of it.

Thank you.
