I happened to visit an hospital today, and was scared at first seeing the condition of the person I went to visit. I entered to see her placed on an oxygen mask struggling for breathe.

I got so scared that I couldn't stand and watch, I had to run out of the room, tried to pray for her to be stable, but I couldn't even find the right prayer, I was scared to death because this is not just anybody but my Mum.

I stayed at the reception for some minutes waiting for the Doctor to come out and tell me something relieving. Not long enough, he came out, smiled and told me she'stable.

He said the reaction was an aftermath of the fresh surgery she just did and her body was only trying to adjust to it that it was nothing serious. I felt relieved a bit but the effect of the few minutes trauma didn't go away.

So I decided to step out of the hospital and get something to calm down. Asked for a bar, and I was directed. I entered the the bar and asked for my favourite but wasn't available. And the bar man told me he has something I would like.

He offered me Tubor King, a black beer. I told him dark ale not really my kind of beer, but he persuaded me to give it a try. I had no choice, since I just needed to calm the tension in me.

Though I've always seen Turbo King in all the bars I have visited, but never tasted it because it's black and i know how most black beers tastes.

So I asked him to tell me about the beer. He said, it's a dark ale 6.5% alcohol international beer, it has a lion logo, which represents a Lion King with the slogan "Open up the Lion in yourself" immediately I heard that, I felt within myself that I am a Lion, I am brave, I don't have to be scared, Mum is fine. Just what I needed at the moment, I told him to serve it.

I took the first cup, tasted more like the normal dark ales I have tried, but a bit difference was observed, it's softer and blended compared to other black beers I have tasted, more or less pitch black colour with a small brown head.

Aroma is chocolate, cocoa, toffee and mild roasted notes as well as some slight notes of liquorice and toffee. It's tasted salty bitter, but really nice and refreshing.

After two bottles, my nerves were calm, I walked back to the hospital, saw my mum stable and sleeping like a baby.
