Tartelettes chocolat caramel
Salut à tous,
une tartelette au chocolat et caramel beurre salé.
Faire cuire à blanc des fonds de pâte sablée et laisser refroidir.
pour la ganache faire bouillir 25 cl de crème fleurette, casser une plaque de chocolat et laisser reposer.
15 minutes après, fouetter énergiquement.
Pour le caramel, faire fondre le sucre, quand il a la bonne couleur, déglacer avec un peu de crème et mettre des morceaux de beurre salé et mélanger.
Remplir les fonds de pâte de ganache quand elle est encore un peu liquide et verser dessus le caramel.
Laisser une nuit au réfrigérateur.
