Morteau au choux

Salut à tous,

la saucisse de Morteau est une spécialité du Jura. De la saucisse de porc fumée.

Il suffit de la cuire dans de l'eau frémissante pendant 30 minutes.

Dans mon cas je commence à mettre à cuire du chou blanc et des carottes avec un peu de sel, baies de genièvre et herbes de Provence pendant 20 minutes.

Ensuite je rajoute la saucisse et je laisse cuire 30 minutes, en fin de cuisson j'ajoute des gros haricots en conserve.

Un plat qui réchauffe par ces périodes.
