Mes rouleaux de Printemps
Salut à tous, depuis peu je fais mes rouleaux de Printemps, en achetant des feuilles de riz.
Vermicelle, salade, crevettes, carottes, concombre, et feuille de menthe, rien de très compliqué.
Quand tous les ingrédients sont coupés, il suffit de passer sa feuille de riz dans de l'eau tiède et de mettre ses ingrédients. Rouler ensuite délicatement et c'est prêt.
Ils ne sont pas parfait mais on est sur que tout est bien frais, par contre il reste un peu collant et je ne sais pas pourquoi.
